6. If any unregistered guests or visitors plan to come, please inform us in advance.
7. Parties and loud music are not allowed. Quiet hours begin at 9:00 PM. Violations may result in a $500–$1000 fine.
8. If garbage exceeds 10 bags, an additional $20 fee will be charged per extra bag.
9. Parking: 2-car garage, driveway parking, and free street parking available. Please check street sweeping signs before parking on the street.
10. Doorbell camera and exterior security cameras are located outside the garage and front entrance for safety purposes only.
