I’ve stayed at this Motel before. In my case the location is very convenient. But sadly this time they were rude and they demanded me to leave the premises without any explanation. I asked for a refund and the woman said to contact the website where I made the reservation. Which I did. They told the lady from Expedia that I was assigned to a non smoking room but I had smoked in the room. THAT IS A COMPLETELY LIE. I’ve NEVER smoke in my entire life. My physician will vouch for my health. I’ve requested to speak to the manager and it seems that whoever the manager is. IS NOT AVAILABLE. I’m still dealing with this situation. This people are nothing but bullies and they will get what they deserve.

I felt unsafe here. I had to check in from a window that was completely shattered. They had me waiting outside while they registered me. The window was shattered. They put me through the ringer for check in althought they had my credit card on file. Once I got into my room, the beds were literally up against the wall. The walls in the bathroom had water damage and the shower was super small.

Seems clean enough =)

Seems clean enough but I am not sure I'd stay here again because of the area (but maybe I'm paranoid). I normally don't check into places through a window. Usually there's a lobby. But the desk area and the room is nice enough.
