The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Remove personal items and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Remove all personal items from drawers and closets. There is no need to remove or wash any bed linens, towels, etc. Turn off all lights, fans, heater, and fireplace. Close all windows and doors.
Remove any garage remotes from your car and leave them on dining table. If not, there will be a $250 replacement charge. Do not remove provided charger. Place all trash in lower garage bins labeled C.
Checkout time is at 11 am. Please let us know what time you will be departing so that we can schedule the cleaning crew to come in. Safe travels and thank you for staying with us!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
