Two full ensuite bedrooms plus a den/office with a queen bed sleeper sofa create a perfect getaway home for entertaining family, friends and colleagues. The kitchen features Viking appliances, a wine refrigerator and Cuisinart cookware. The master bedroom with an ocean view and a private balcony with a fireplace and custom daybed built for two encourages napping under the stars. Enjoy morning coffee on the balcony as the sun rises from the ocean or sip cocktails while watching the sun set into the ocean. The third room has access to its own bathroom with a sleeper bed and its own TV as well.

The villa was in a wonderful location: extremely: had every amenity you needed well stock kitchen: space was well appointed: beds themselves were so comfortable: the view was beautiful from the terrace. We enjoyed the fireplace out there many nights. One minor item the kitchen needed potholders and some extra blankets for the other bedroom.

Great Property

Very clean property right on the golf course. So nice to have coffee in the morning on the deck and be able to see the golfers and the ocean. Kitchen was well stocked and beds were very comfortable. Would absolutely stay here again!

Relaxed in luxury

The villa was spectacular. It was spacious, beautifully decorated, very comfortable, and equipped with everything you could need for a relaxing stay. We particularly enjoyed sitting on the private patio. The view was beautiful, and the patio could be enjoyed at all times of day. Being able to bring our family pet was a key factor in booking this villa. We hope to someday return to this same villa for another stay. We had a perfect vacation!

Breathtaking views from this lovely 2nd floor condo. with a fire pit on the spacious deck. Comfortable beds, nice appliances in the kitchen. Overlooks golf course and the ocean. Beautiful sunsets. Relaxing way to enjoy all that Terranea has to offer.

Plenty of space!

Villa was spacious and the furnishings were up to date. Balcony fireplace didn't work for us but a non-issue. Housekeeping very accomodating. Villa was located at the beginning of the street which was much more convenient to get to the resort. Would definitely rent again.

Memorable Family Vacation-

With family in Palos Verdes we are back and forth from coast to coast several times each year. We usually stay at Terranea, but in the hotel, so being in this villa away from home was wonderful! The villa is spacious, luxurious and the views are beyond beautiful. We did home cooked meals, pool days, beach days, and evenings outside on the patio with the fireplace. Thank you Jeff! Your villa is a true GEM!

The place was beautiful. Clean, spacious and full of natural light. The host responds in minutes and made the experience seamless. The bathrooms had vanity kits, scrubs, bath salts, dental kits plus shampoos and conditioners. Complete hotel vibes. Wonderful weekend getaway!

Spent a wonderful weekend at Terranea with my family. The 2 bedroom townhouse was beautiful and had a great view of the golf course and ocean. The resort was everything we hoped it would be!
