Great for the price. Small but clean room. Parking only $10 a day was a win! One big downside was the paper thin walls - you can hear everything to the point where we had a difficult time sleeping.

The property was clean, the virtual desk agent was friendly and helpful. The room was also clean. I stayed during a weekend it was raining. The ac in the room did not work. It was so humid and warm in the room it was hard to sleep. Pillows didn't dry from wet hair. Sheets didnt dry from sweat from the ac not working. The shower drain was clogged and caused the shower to start to flood the bathroom, again everything was wet and didnt dry. Hard to say if its always like this or just because of the humidity outside.

Room was small but spotless, tv screen big, bed super comfy, nice fridge, location great, parking lot well lit, nice staff, new shower, a great price! Nothing fancy but a perfect place to feel safe and get a good night's sleep. Love this little boutique hotel.

Best small budget hotel stay I’ve ever done. I’d come back again. It’s conveniently located close to universal studios. There’s many places to eat and shop nearby. The lobby/check in experience was very cool. It was virtual and fast. The room itself was extremely clean, it felt like a little paradise. Parking is $10 a night, and there isn’t a smart tv, we brought our own Roku stick.
