A writer's paradise, this private and perfectly situated home sits on approximately 10 acres with breathtaking panoramic views of Boney Ridge and Sandstone Peak. Having been recently re-imagined, the home has warm natural wood finishes and an abundance of light flowing throughout with the strategic placement of skylights and large open windows. From every angle of the home, the windows capture the landscape as it is meant to be. The main bedroom comprises of a large walk-in closet, updated en-suite bathroom and access to a private outdoor jacuzzi perfect for sunsets and starry nights. The backyard includes a resort style pool(heating additional cost), spa, gazebo, dining and BBQ areas, and a fire pit with ocean, mountain and sunset views. Centrally located in the heart of wine country (yes you can start your own vineyard!) 10 mins from Malibu beaches, Calamigos Ranch, Westlake Village restaurants and shopping, Malibu Estate is the ultimate Malibu retreat.
