This place is absolutely disgusting!!!! Everything is broken, there is graffiti in the elevator, people are living there. The first night we arrived, there was police with several guys on the ground. Then the next couple of days we noticed more police. The property is old and needs so much work. We noticed more than half the property is empty. Now we know why. Stay at the Hampton or Holiday Inn on Garvey. Not here! It was so scary I placed an ottoman behind the door!

I don’t leave reviews but we had such a terrible experience here, I felt I had to write one. When we arrived, we were told that the room we had booked was no longer available but they had another option for the same number of beds but it was one of their “older” rooms. We should have just left right then, but it was 1:00 in the morning so we decided to stay. Obscenities were written in the elevator and the exterior was falling apart. Upon entering the room, the AC was off. It was stifling. It took the entire night for the room to cool off. We were incredibly uncomfortable. The shower was terrible and had extremely low water pressure to where we barely showered with a trickle of water. On top of that, the room was smelly, had holes in the wall, and missing tiles. The entire experience was awful, and we will certainly never return.

We want a refund. We had to call the front desk 4 times for basics: linens, pillows, towells. Then there were no blankets for the comforter rollout sofa bed. Then the remote didn't work for the TV (never got resolved). We went to the pool and there's trash on the deck, chairs are in disrepair. The pool is cold, not heated, and the spa was about 83 degree's. The room had several items not OK, I won't elaborate. I was embarrassed I booked this place for my family. Photos online are deceiving

No hot tub , nothing in the ' gym' / workout room , not a suite because the tv in the couch room didnt work , refrigerator was literally missing , just a hole where it should be ..called the desk to talk about all of this was not given a diffent room or a discount. Very displeased with this hotel
