With sky-high, 12 ft ceilings, breathtaking views of LA, and all the luxuries one would expect from a 5 star accommodation, our condo is the perfect home away from home for your next trip to LA!

This defines “centrally located.” Walking distance to LA Convention Center & Crypto Arena, 10 minute ride to Hollywood & Universal Studios, and less than a half hour from the beaches of Santa Monica & Malibu. That's if you ever leave DTLA's all-new restaurants, shops and museums!
The space
Our condo offers 730 square feet of living space including our oversized living room with a comfortable couch, separate work station, picture worthy hanging chair and a 75 inch smart tv. Our kitchen is fully stocked with it's 4 burner stove and oven, microwave and dishwasher. As well as plates, dishes and utensils for 4, a coffee maker and tea kettle. Our luxurious bedroom with beautiful views of the LA skyline features a Casper adjustable incline bed, 55 inch tv and closet space. We also have a spacious full bath with shower and tub combination, two rollaway twin beds and a stacked washer/dryer for your convenience. For your safety and ease of use, our front door is controlled with a keyless Yale smart lock.
Guest access
Our guests have full access to the condo as well as access to all of the building's common areas including our cozy gym, roof deck pool and hot tub with awe inspiring 360 degree views of Los Angeles and an outdoor barbecue. We also offer 1 free parking space in a covered and secured garage, directly across the street from our building.

Guests receive a personalized smart lock code for their stay that is only available to them and changes with each new guest.

Safe and secure DTLA property

Great communication with property manager prior and during stay. Apartment was clean and well stocked with appliances, dishes, and assorted cooking supplies. We brought our Air fryer but there was one on property. Nice to have item. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Central location to all DTLA sites and easy walking to various restaurants and businesses. I would definitely rent this property again. Professional and friendly security at the front entrance. No issues at all.
