The Nisamar vacation rental is located on the 3rd floor of a 4-story apartment building right on the idyllic beach promenade in Puerto Naos. The terrace offers a magnificent view of the sea.
Directly across the way is the large sandy beach lined with palm trees, which has been awarded the EU Blue Flag—the recognized seal of approval for high environmental standards and excellent water quality. The newly redesigned waterfront promenade, with its cafés, is the perfect place to take a leisurely stroll after a day at the beach. 

With 2 bedrooms, the apartment can accommodate up to 4 people.

PLEASE CHECK THE CURRENT SITUATION IN PUERTO NAOS FOLLOWING THE VOLCANIC ERUPTION. Not all shops and restaurants have reopened yet, and there are a few special considerations: in most buildings, elevators remain closed until further notice due to official regulations, and—since the town was uninhabited for 3 years—a great deal of renovation and construction work is currently underway. Depending on the apartment’s location, there may be small monitoring devices installed to measure CO2 levels. However, the levels have been completely normal for over a year; this is solely for safety purposes.



Nisamar 3c:

Apartment Nisamar 3c faces west and boasts a wonderful view of the sandy beach with palm trees and the sea. It consists of a living room with an integrated kitchenette, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a large loggia that is perfect for sunbathing.
The vacation rental is perfect for 2 people, but can accommodate up to 4.
Please note: The owners prefer to rent the apartment only to adults.

The furnishings are simple and in the Palmerian style. The living room features a small couch, a dining area, and German satellite TV. The kitchenette is equipped with a 4-burner gas stove and range hood, a sink, and a refrigerator. A microwave is provided, as well as a coffee maker and a cafetera.
The bathroom features a small shower-tub combination in a wall niche, a sink, and a toilet. A washing machine is also available.

One of the bedrooms is furnished with 2 single beds, the other with 1 small French bed. Both bedrooms face the rear courtyard of the building.
The living room faces west.
