La comida de muy buen sabor, pero no muy limpio. El servicio del personal inmejorable, gran atención. Las instalaciones en general mal. Me cambiaron dos veces de habitación. Focos fundidos, internet intermitente, nunca sirvió la TV. Las fotos de promoción, son engañosas.

The day before arriving I was notified that if we weren't checked in by 4:00 pm we would forfeit our reservation. Our flight did not arrive in Los Mochis until after 5 pm and I had difficulty notifying the hotel of this late arrival. The phone number to call if we are late should be on this notification.
