The house features 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large living and dining area with an open kitchen, a rooftop terrace, balconies, and a generous terrace around the house. Outside, relax in the private heated pool with outdoor shower—ideal for year-round use. Pool heating is available upon request and for an extra fee; please request at least 3 days before arrival.
On the ground floor, you'll find the living and dining area with a fully equipped open kitchen, washing machine, the first bedroom with double bed, TV, built-in wardrobe, and a bathroom with shower.
Upstairs, there are two more bedrooms with double beds, TVs, built-in wardrobes, and two bathrooms with showers. From here, access the large balcony and the rooftop terrace, which offers stunning views of the two salt lagoons of Torrevieja.
