Welcome to my charming studio! Inside this cozy unit, you’ll be greeted by a queen size bed, with a comfortable memory foam mattress, for a party of 3, I will provide a rollaway twin bed with a memory foam mattress—both perfect for a good night's sleep after a day of exploring.

The full kitchen is equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a standard-size refrigerator and stove range, allowing you to prepare your favorite meals at your convenience.

Step outside onto your private patio and enjoy the fresh air while savoring a delicious barbecue cooked on the provided BBQ grill. It's the ideal spot to unwind and soak up the sun.

You’ll get a designated space for your vehicle (up to two) directly in front of the private entrance. The studio has no shared walls with the main house.
Located just a very short drive or walk from Baywood, you'll have easy access to the vibrant farmers market, where you can indulge in fresh local produce and artisanal goods. If you're in the mood for some outdoor activities, you can watch kayakers gliding along the water or take a leisurely stroll on the pier, enjoying the picturesque views. There is ample hiking and walking options against a beautiful backdrop of the Pacific Ocean and Eucalyptus trees 8 miles from Montaña de Oro State Park.
Only 10-minutes away you can get to Morro Bay, 15-minute drive to San Luis Obispo, a 25-minute drive to Edna Valley, and 45-minute drive north to Paso Robles vineyards and wine tasting.

The check in was secure as a "numeric pad" was needed to open the door. Very secure. Kitchen had all you needed and more. The Wi-Fi password was available in the information book along with things to do in the area. From the Studio it was very close to the outdoor amenities I enjoyed while staying in the area.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

My partner and I had a lovely time staying here. The room was clean and comfortable. It was only a short drive to Morro bay and loads of beautiful nature trails. The host was very responsive and would recommend to anyone else looking for a nice, quiet getaway with a partner!

Fabulous place to stay!!!

The host is wonderful, the rental was fabulous. We were close to great birding areas and stunning hikes along the coast. Everything we wanted to do was 20 min or less. Los osos is much cooler than San Luis obisbo. We were very grateful for that. Our top places to hike and bird were Estero state park the bluff trails. Montana de Orro state park..bluff loop trails , the morro bay state park boardwalk and morro bay rock. And of course all the beaches. The best part is at the end of each day coming back to this private comfortable rental with everything we needed.

Amazing!

Hospitality was excellent! Owner went above and beyond! She had welcoming sign with all of our names on it and apple cake near the door. I was very impressed! Studio was exactly as indicated in the description. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed! Would definitely stay again!
