Ruhige & schöne Lage

Ruhige Lage des Anwesens mit sehr schönem Garten. KĂŒche, ein Schlafzimmer und ein Badezimmer wurden renoviert. Stube mit Sofa und Obergeschoss etwas in die Jahre gekommen! Gute Kommunikation mit Vermieterin.

Wunderschön

Geschmackvoll eingerichtet, gute AtmosphĂ€re, gute Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin, die flexibel auf unsere WĂŒnsche eingegangen ist. Mit dem Auto ist man in 15/20 Minuten an der CĂŽte de Granit Rose. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt.

Schönes Ferienhaus mit allem, was man braucht

Dieses Ferienhaus ist ruhig gelegen und doch ist man zu Fuß schnell am Meer. Der Garten ist schön mit tollen Blumen. Die Vermieterin hat tolle Ausflugsziele vorgeschlagen und war sehr freundlich.

EIne tolle Woche

Das typische urige Steinhaus ist innen liebevoll maritim dekoriert und bietet in Bezug auf gute Betten, komplette KĂŒche und modernes Bad allen Komfort. Die Vermieterin samt Familie waren alle sehr nett und die Kommunikation ist in mehreren Sprachen problemlos möglich. Das Haus liegt idyllisch lĂ€ndlich ruhig, ins kleine Zentrum und an einen Strand gelangt man zu Fuß, und nach Perros-Guirec ist es mit dem Auto ein Katzensprung. WIr haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt und wĂŒrden gerne nochmal hier Urlaub verbringen!

Séjour agréable avec tout a proximité

Merci pour ce sĂ©jour qui nous a ressourcĂ© ! Les points positifs : propriĂ©taire sympathique, maison au calme, trĂšs jolie, avec cuisine bien Ă©quipĂ©e, 2 salles de bain pour 2 chambres, le panier de bois prĂȘt pour faire un feu de cheminĂ©e, la localisation (commerces a proximitĂ©, plage Ă  cĂŽtĂ©, Perros Guirec Ă  5min en voiture...). Les propositions d’amĂ©lioration : mettre Ă  disposition un livret d’accueil (fonctionnement des Ă©lectromĂ©nagers, collecte des poubelles, carte et prospectus locaux de l’office du tourisme...) et si possible pour les sĂ©jours hivernales, faire aĂ©rer le logement et dĂ©marrer le chauffage la veille de l’arrivĂ©e des locataires (en l’occurrence nous sommes arrivĂ©s juste aprĂšs le 2nd confinement qui avait empĂȘchĂ© toute location, ce qui Ă  la dĂ©charge de la propriĂ©taire n’a pas arrangĂ© la situation).
