TRBS is ideal for business or leisure, the different layout options can accommodate couples, small families, and large groups. Enjoy natural light, room to relax or work, and a prime location steps from restaurants, cafes, shops, galleries, and nightlife.
The Space:
Enjoy a fully furnished condo with high 14ft ceilings and large windows, offering an amazing view of the city.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire condo. Enjoy the convenience of a fully equipped kitchen, complete with cookware, dishes, and a coffee maker. The building offers secure access with a double-key fob entry, and an elevator provides easy access to the unit.
The Neighborhood:
Enjoy the city view in a secured building, located just blocks from the KFC Yum! Center, Kentucky Center for the Performing Arts, Muhammad Ali Center, Louisville Slugger Museum, 4th Street Live, Evans Williams Bourbon Distillery, 21c Hotel, 8up, Proof on Main and many others!
