Staff at checkin was very aloof and impersonal. Our reservation said we had breakfast and the front clerk told us there would be an $11 charge we went to our room and the toilet did not work we attempted to call the hotel for more than 20 minutes came down to the front office waited probably 30 minutes more when the front desk girl finally came back there was a whole line of people waiting for her some people trying to check in us who had a problem with our room and another man who also had a problem with his room. When it was our turn to talk to the girl she got really irritated with us when we said our toilet was not working at all it had no water in it and we could not flush it she said well you're only option is to move to another room which we were fine with if we had to but it was not top of our list because it was already after 9:00 p.m. she when I questioned where people were in the hotel to help people she told me that she had the right to take a break I agreed with her but also felt like there should be someone in the hotel that was in charge no one else was there except for her she ended up giving us breakfast vouchers to go to breakfast the next morning only to find out the breakfast was included in our hotel stay and we did not need the vouchers we tried to go to the restaurant in the hotel the previous night at 8:00 p.m. there was a clear sign posted that they were open until 11:00 when we walked in at 8:00 the woman was very surprised saying she thought that t

Great location near airport. Beds are comfortable. I enjoyed the onsite gym. The pool was down due to no life guard. No free breakfast, but overall it was enjoyable free parking. It nice and quiet. Will return back.

1st- Upon arrival the staff wasn't welcoming. Rather detering. Looking at me as if i was bothering them or as if I was repulsive and I had not said a word. An unwelcoming vibe. I simply stood there until i was assisted not saying a word. I thought to myself that maybe they were having a bad day. 2nd - While taking a shower the tub water backed up above my ankles. 3rd - There is a short table in the room near the rooms connecting door below a mirror. I did not know the corner of this table was sharp until I felt the sharp pain as I cut/scratched my leg on it. 4th the walls by the windows show distress or marks/scraps big enough for them to have noticed and cleaned or painted over, small surface damage to the door in the bathroom thats noticeable, the bottom of the bed appeared to be coming apart. I informed the front desk about the tub backing up and the table and cuts on my leg. The woman took photos of the photos i showed her in my phone, apologized and said that she will discuss this with her manager but since I booked through a 3rd party (Expedia) that's all she could do. And maybe he will give me some points on my IHG rewards account. If I had booked directly with them i could have been compensated.

The hotel lists parking for vehicles with a trailer, but the parking was not in a lot, but along the road. This made access to the hotel difficult. The hotel also listed a pool, but after driving 14 hours we found that the pool, which was supposed to be open until 10:00, was closed at 8:00 p.m.

Rooms were clean, well stocked, smelled good, and updated. The staff were friendly and helpful. This hotel is close to the airport so you will hear planes if you’re a light sleeper. That didn’t bother me much tho. This hotel was immaculate! The breakfast buffet was nice too! Plenty of options! Fresh to boot! And the waitress was helpful and welcoming too. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay! Would definitely recommend! Can’t comment on the pool because we didn’t use it, sorry.
