Overall, a good value, I'll stay here again.

The staff and Facilities of this Holiday Inn are first race. The only reason I don't give them a full five stars is the breakfast food service, though very nice room, needs attention. The value for money and quality of the breakfast needs attention. The only other disadvantage of the hotel, is its proximity to several hospitals which results in the sounds of ambulances not infrequently.

Avoid this place

Despite spending 3 nights, they never cleaned the room. The “breakfast included” is a joke. A restaurant with a cook who messes up simple orders and a server who also mops while serving.

We had an enjoyable and comfortable stay. Our room was clean and well equipped. Although the restaurant is located in an odd place in the building & the menu was small, the food was very good and served promptly. The server, D’Vante and his cook partner, whose name I didn’t get, were just wonderful; polite, attentive and quick. Jay at the front desk also deserves our thanks for handling our requests with a smile.

Luxury service!

From the moment I arrive, I was treated with above-and-beyond care! Tamara, front desk, was super welcoming, accommodating, and was just a cool person. Marshall's service and attention to detail were exquisite! I asked where was the nearest place to buy a product I forgot and Marshall simply asked what I wanted and then got it for me. Never had such service!

It was good for the money Toilet had a hard time flushing Maid service didn’t come till 5 pm so we passed since we were in the room the second day We tried to go down for breakfast but the cook was confused and said we had to go to room to order so it was confusing We had to pay for parking each day and i wasn’t aware of that before i less i missed it in the description

Our reservation included breakfast which I factored in when choosing the hotel and price, and the restaurant was closed. Because we booked through Expedia the hotel was not able to comp us. Otherwise the room was very spacious, clean and nice.

Parking was awful paid $17 (Hoilday Inn price) to park at the YMCA around the corner due to no parking spots left in their parking lot. Staff communication about parking was not the best. During check out we still ended up having to pay the YMCA parking price due to lack of communication during check in. If you stay here and have to park at the YMCA just pay for parking there. It’s only $10 and we ended up paying almost $30 for parking for one night. Probably will find a different hotel next time. Very small parking lot
