This property is amazing! Our large group has stayed here two years in a row for a conference near the airport and we find the commute minimal and really enjoy being out of the city. There is plenty of space and we cook all our suppers here and there are plenty of dishes for cooking and serving. The host is incredibly responsive. We just had an issue with the living room television and she had someone out right away. Planning on visiting again next January.

We stayed here while attending the Equip Expo 2025. We were close enough to the Expo Center and yet far enough away from downtown. Everything was clean and cozy. Communication with the host was amazing. I would stay here again in a heart beat.

Our 2025 girls trip was a success! Very nice little place! Fit 10 women comfortably. We typically always get a home with a hot tub and a pool. We did really miss having a hot tub! The location was nice. But we didnt realize there were houses all around the home…. So not much privacy at all… but we did really enjoy the home! And Tammie was amazing to work with!

Beautiful home with up-to-date appliances. Towels for swimming & bath provided, as well as supply of dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, hand soaps, and paper products. The pool was crystal clear and wonderful to enjoy. Tammie added a high chair for us since we had a 1 year old in our group. Tammie responded promptly with answers to our questions before and during our visit. She was helpful with suggestions of places to visit during our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend in Tammie’s home!! We highly recommend it!!

Beautiful house in quite location

A beautiful house with plenty of room. It's in a quiet location not too far from Louisville and very affordable. We only stayed a night, but it was spacious for us to be able to relax and hang out for the evening.Our minor issues was finding the correct driveway in the dusk was a little tricky. It was raining hard when we arrived and there isn't a paved path from the parking spots to the porch, so we had to slosh through the muddy yard. We did our best to not trudge wet shoes in the house though!There were snacks, water and coffee available plus very comfortable couches and beds. Thank you!

Great place for multi families!

Such a great escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. Stayed for our girls volleyball tourney and it was so nice to get back to the house.
