Welcome to our newly renovated studio, a spacious and charming accommodation located in the heart of Louisville's Crescent Hill neighborhood. This 1,000 square foot studio apartment is situated within a historic home, providing a unique blend of character and modern comfort. **Ignore the stairs. There is a wall at the top of them. There are no shared spaces.**

Situated in the vibrant Crescent Hill neighborhood, you'll find yourself surrounded by a variety of restaurants, clothing shops, and coffee shops, all within walking distance. Explore the local culinary scene, indulge in some retail therapy, or simply enjoy a cup of coffee at one of the charming cafes nearby.

The studio's central location makes it incredibly convenient for exploring Louisville's top attractions. Centrally located 7 minutes to downtown Louisville, 7 minutes to NuLu, 8 minutes to the Convention center, 6 minutes to Cherokee Park, 12 minutes to the airport and 13 minutes to Churchill Downs.

We have 3 private parking spaces! The area is safe and a flat, easy walk to get to restaurants, bars, & shops. The neighborhood is biker friendly and also has electric scooters available. Ubers/ lyfts/cabs are readily available.

Very nice place

The property was charming and comfortable. One of us uses a wheelchair. The ramp, open floor design, heighth of the bed, and bathroom size made it accessible for us. We also loved being able to walk to good restaurants.

Exactly what we were looking for while we visited family. We were able to walk to get breakfast a block away, parking was easy and the house was spacious and clean. The bed was super comfy too. Only one thing which did not bother us at all but the train runs all the time all hours of the day. We will make this our Louisville stay on our next trip for sure.

It served my purpose for being there.

I loved the big room, my favorite part. I'm 84 years old so streaming TV was difficult for me. Actually it served me as I didn't have access to the TV I wanted so overall I appreciated not having access to it. I love and adore the neighborhood, so many possibilities for shopping, restaurants and Frankfort Avenue has been part of my life at various parts of my younger life. I love to open windows and door at home and I couldn't do that at the VRBO. No screen doors, do opening doors didn't work. I also couldn't open the windows, just too weak in my hands.The bed was FANTASTIC. Hardly ever am I satisfied with other's bed. This bed is a gift from God. Kristin, my host was generous, kind, available and helpful. She was great.

Great place and location

My teenage daughter and I stayed here for a volleyball tournament that was held at KICC. The location was perfect. Very short drive to the courts and many restaurants and stores were walkable from the house. Close to the airport too. This was perfect for our needs.

Beautiful spot! The unit is cozy and clean. Good amenities, a well stocked kitchen, and spacious bathroom. The location is was makes this unit the best though. Right on Frankfort Ave. but not too noisy at night. Great stay!

Love the vibe of the neighborhood

What a terrific location. Great parking for the VRBO
..off street and safe. I like to walk to things, and this is a very walkable neighborhood with great restaurants and shops. Also, it was close to everything I wanted to see and do. NuLu, the Riverfront, St. Matthews, the Highlands
..very accessible. I will be back.

Great location in the heart of Crescent Hill

This location has wonderful accommodations inside and out, including onsite parking and walkable access to shops, restaurants and breweries. The check-in and check-out process were smooth and easy. Highly recommend and will likely be staying again.

Loved this place!

This is a beautiful studio that was absolutely perfect for our trip to Louisville. Safe clean neighborhood with lots of fun food and shops a very short walk and directions and descriptions were provided. Plenty of space for a few people to stay and not feel crowded. VERY clean!

Adorable studio-convenient to shopping and dining

Highly recommend! Although, I’m hesitant to say that because I want it to be available next time I visit Louisville 😉. Completely accurate description of the studio. Very clean! The check in/check out process was easy peasy and the property managers were very quick with their responses to questions. Conveniently located on Frankfort Ave with ample restaurant and shopping options! Only downside is the train across the street. It’s pretty loud, but I’m a sound sleeper and with the aide of a white noise machine (provided), it didn’t bother me too much. Would definitely book again!

Louisville stay

Great neighborhood. Lots of places to eat and things to do. There is a railroad across the street but it doesn’t take away from the great atmosphere of the neighborhood and the noise isn't bad at all. Would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable apartment in a great location

This is our second stay here. (thanks for the addition of the dresser) The location on Frankfort Ave is a great location. Walking distance to many restaurants, breakfast spots, bakeries and bars. Easy driving distance to the rest of Louisville.

So Perfect!

We were in town from NC visiting family and wanted to stay somewhere within walking distance to restaurants and shops. This place definitely fit the bill! The property was as cute as could be. My son said "It looks like you guys are staying in a home furnishings commercial!" The bed is super comfy, the layout is great, the book provided by the owners is spot on! We were looking for a place to sleep and try some new eats, and not only did this property meet those expectations, it exceeded them. The next time we are in the area we will DEFINITELY be booking again!

Great location

This was a great location. We enjoyed everything within such a short distance. We enjoyed being able to get to tours within an hour or less. However the home did not have enough plug-ins. There was no counter space in the bathroom. And my husband became ill and we had to cut our stay short. He has a kidney transplant and his cough was worrying me that it may turn into pneumonia. And how he would handle the travel home. I told our host that he was ill and we were leaving early and there was no offer at all of a 1 night refund. I would not have expected 2 nights refund but 1 would have been courteous and there was nothing. Sad about that but it is what it is.
