Quiet, Cozy & Safe 2 Bed 1 Bath in Crescent Hill

Located in safe & quiet Crescent Hill within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, parks & more. 2 bed 1 bath with super size washer & dryer, nice size kitchen, dining and living room. Outdoor grill, 43" 4k TV.
'The B' as we call it because of the name of the street it is located is in a great neighborhood. It's safe and quiet. The neighborhood has great trees, is great for walking, close local restaurants, parks, bike trails and more.

We are a hop skip and a jump from most expressways and also have great 'back road' access through the neighborhoods so you can get anywhere in the city quickly even if there is traffic.

The airport is 15 minutes away and downtown is 5.

Restaurants, coffee/tea/ice cream/dessert shops are all within a short walk and are mixed in with local shops.
There is also a good night life for those that want to stay out a little later.

We enjoy the living in the neighborhood and you'll love your stay.

Great host and location
This was our first stay at a VRBO, and Chris was an excellent and available host. The property is within easy walking distance of many restaurants. The location is very safe. I was concerned about the proximity of the railroad tracks, but the trains were rarely noticed and didn't wake us at night. It is next to a school, so there can be traffic during drop off and pick up times. It didn't affect our ability to park in front of the property. There is a little construction under process in the front and back yards. The apartment is on the second floor with a couple of landings in between flights of stairs. We didn't have any issues with them. It's a historic home with high ceilings so expect a few creaking floor boards, but we rarely noticed any noise from the apartments above or below. We would stay here again.

The Host gave us a great orientation when we arrived. We really appreciated that. The apartment was clean, with the exception of on top of the ceiling fans (lots of dust). More importantly, we did not see any smoke detectors in the apartment, which made us a little apprehensive.

Great trip
This property worked great for our family while in town for a volleyball tournament. Nice place in a safe location within walking distance to a cute coffee shop and restaurant. Chis was great to work with and made sure we had everything we needed.

Great visit with nearby college student
This place is near our son’s college campus and provided us a great space to entertain he and his roommate with some home cooked food and family game time. Chris is quick to respond and always available. The home is charming and comfortable. Will definitely be back!

Cozy, comfortable and a great location in Louisville
We enjoyed our time at the “B”. Chris was so helpful and attentive. He gave us great recommendations on where to eat and things to do. Parking was easy, it is a very walkable neighborhood. The space had everything you could possibly need and it as extremely clean! We are already planning a return trip to Louisville and the “B” Thank you, Chris!

Welcome Home Experience
Chris is on the journey to renovate The B into a 5-star experience. Very clean, spacious, comfortable beds and fully equipped kitchen. Chris and his boys are delightful host. We will stay again when returning to Louisville.
