Air-conditioned duplex apartment on the 6th floor with 2 elevators. Comprising: Entrance, kitchen room, lounge with TV (TNT), shower room with wc, bedroom, 2 terraces with sea view (one of which is 30m2 with barbecue and garden furniture). Duplex 2 bedrooms; Bathroom with toilet.

Sleeping for 6 people: 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds, one bedroom with double bed and 1 folding bed. Possibility sleeping 2 sofa beds in the living room.

L’appartement correspond tout Ă  fait Ă  la description, l’accueil Ă©tait parfait. Une vue magnifique, les 2 terrasses avec vue sur la mer dont celle avec le barbecue et les transats sont vraiment un plus.Appartement trĂšs propre et la localisation juste parfaite. J’y retournerai avec grand plaisir. Merci beaucoup

Awkward stay in Quarteira

Great views and large balconies, but cheaply finished. Door handles falling off, as well as front door security lock, couch crumbling, uncomfortable beds, no supplies (not even soap). Owner locked us out of main bedroom for a night (many emails back and forth to prove we rented the entire apt. not just part of it). Appears to be an unlicensed rental as no A.L. Designation is present. Can’t recommend this one.

Our stay here was just as we wanted. Wifi would have been welcome as the tv only had local channels. Also better directions to the appartment would be useful. Taxi's did not know the address. ( and we thought we knew Quarteria). We had to find an english speaker in a resturant to tell us the way as the address is a bit vague. We liked that it was a portugese resort. We would definately book this appartment again. Many thanks

Apartamento de férias de praia excelente quase perfeito

FĂ©rias agradĂĄveis, com um apartamento em excelente localização, paisagem espetacular, bem equipado, um bom espaço, cĂłmodo e agradĂĄvel. Necessita de WI-FI, diversidade de canais televisivos e um esquentador que permita consistĂȘncia de ĂĄgua quente no andar superior. Deveria tambĂ©m ser repensado o tĂ©rmino do corrimĂŁo das escadas pois tivemos elementos no grupo que se magoaram no mesmo.

Tudo muito bom com exceção do esquentador que não deixa acertar a temperatura e que se desliga sem aviso. Apartamento com pouca rede de telemóvel. e internet. Ficava perfeito com um serviço de televisão e internet.

Geweldig. Wij komen zeker terug!!

Heerlijke plek om te verblijven. Rustige locatie met een fantastisch uitzicht over zee. Inrichting is meer dan kompleet. Het appartement is schoon en ruim. Het heeft 2 heerlijke terrassen voorzien van ligbedden, stoelen en tafels en zelfs een BBQ. Ook kan je gebruik maken van het prive zwembad Altijd voldoende parkeerplaats. Strand, restaurants en supermarkt op loopafstand. Een echte aanrader. Helaas is er geen wifi en dat hebben wij erg gemist. Ondanks de aangewezigheid met schotel TV, alleen franse en portugese zenders.

Excellent - Book it!

We stayed here late June - early July 2018, a family group with 3 older teenagers. The apartment is clean, and has all you need for a very relaxing holiday, we didn't hire a car, you don't need to. There's a supermarket a short walk away, and all the restaurants, cafes etc you could need right on your doorstep, yet the area is not noisy. The pool area is clean and was never busy, we often had it to ourselves, all communal areas are well kept. The apartment itself was a pleasant surprise, the photos don't quite do it justice. It's spacious, and has everything you could wish for (although a few dishwasher tablets, a bottle of water, and a couple of teabags left for guests would be appreciated). The air con is great, but the breeze means you shouldn't need it much if the balcony doors are open. The shower is powerful, but has a mind of it's own! The English TV channels are hit and miss reception wise, but you won't need TV, just go out on to the balcony, its wonderful, the view is amazing. Ana, the lovely key holder was waiting for us at the apartment block entrance door, and she was a welcome sight when we arrived, it's always a relief to see the property actually exists, and you'll be let in! However, be aware, there's a knack to opening the building door, it seems to be a longstanding issue, you'll get used to it, but first time you'll think you have wrong key. Only one set of keys provided, which was inconvenient. I wouldn't hesitate about recommending this apartment (and Quarteria) to anyone, and would definitely book it again.

Apartamento muito agradåvel, sobretudo a årea comum de sala de estar, de jantar e cozinha, com uma vista deslumbrante. Apenas um reparo para o facto de a garagem nunca estar disponível, pois os donos do apartamento ocupam o lugar todo o ano. Não faz sentido estar na descrição do apartamento. Recomendo vivamente

Woning is netjes, niets op aan te merken. Alleen de bedden kraken en zijn keihard, niet te doen

Zoals ik al aangaf is de woning perfect, heerlijk overal airco, uitzicht mooi op strand en zee, winkels in de buurt, maar alleen de bedden waren verschrikkelijk! Wij houden best wel van stevige matrassen maar met deze matrassen iedere dag rugpijn en slecht slapen. In een slaapkamer kraakte de bedden bij iedere beweging. De hoofdkussens leken met plastic te zijn ingepakt zo kraakte ze. Dit zijn wel aandachtspuntes, want verder was het er fantastisch !! De bevolking hier zijn allemaal stuk voor stuk vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

GREAT LOCATION, GOOD APPARTMENT

WE really enjoyed this stay, right on the beach, nice apartment with all the facilities we needed. Some excellent and reasonably priced restaurants just within a 3 minute walk, mostly Portuguese people rather than other Europeans give it a much more authentic feel than Vilamoura just down the road.The kind lady whop held the keys stayed up late tp greet us after a 5 hour flight delay. One small negative was the lack of internet, but we had been warned Otherwise, a good rental. recommended.
