Outside there is a private patio with barbecue, a good sized shared swimming pool with sun loungers. Inside is composed of: Living Room with TV (cable channels and WiFi NOS), Equipped Kitchen, 5 bedrooms with double and single beds - 4 en-suite, WC and Laundry.A place to enjoy!Semi-detached Villa, located in a closed condominium, with a good sized shared swimming pool, children's swimming pool, garden spaces and outdoor parking inside the condominium near the villa.The Villa consists of 3 floors, in which on the ground floor is located: the entrance hall; Living room equipped with "L" shape sofa, TV (cable channels and WiFi NOS), dining table with 8 chairs; Terrace equipped with 1 outdoor sofa, 2 chairs and a coffee table; Kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, American fridge/freezer, electric oven, electric hob, microwave, electric kettle and toaster; WC; En-suite bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom with a shower;On the 1st floor is located: 2 bedrooms, both en-suite, one of bedroom is composed of a double bed and a bathroom with a bathtub, the other bedroom is composed of 2 single beds and a bathroom equipped with shower.In the basement is located: 2 bedrooms, both with 2 single beds, 1 bathroom with shower, and the laundry room.Guests will have access to the whole Villa, including all the common areas of the condominium, such as Swimming pools, Gardens, leisure areas and outdoor parking.I leave my guests at ease, but I am available when ever they need me.Lotus Villa is located in a closed condominium with swimming pool, at Fonte de Boliqueime, where you can find several commercial spaces such as Restaurants, Cafes, Hypermarkets (Aldi and Lidl) among others.And just 8 km (8 minutes by car) from Falésia Beach and Vilamoura Marina, and 12 km from Albufeira.The accommodation is close to the bus stop.
