Elegant Living Areas Upon entering the villa, you are immediately welcomed by an impressive hallway and grand staircase, setting the tone for the elegance found throughout the property.

To one side, you’ll find the ground-floor bedrooms and cloakroom, while the other leads into the main living spaces.

Pool & Jacuzzi Heating (Optional): Pool heating is available at €600 per week. These options are ideal during cooler months or for enjoying relaxing evenings outdoors, allowing you to make the most of the villa’s outdoor spaces year-round.

Housekeeping & Cleaning Services: 2 TIMES/WEEK, MONDAY TO FRIDAY, FOR BOOKING WITH MIN.7 NIGHTS | TOWEL CHANGE: 2 TIMES/WEEK | LINEN CHANGE: AFTER 7 DAYS OF OCCUPATION

These services ensure the villa remains fresh, comfortable, and beautifully maintained throughout your stay, allowing you to relax and enjoy every moment.

 

Security Deposit This villa is subject to a refundable ‘Damage Deposit’. This is a fixed amount of €1000 and is payable at least 6 weeks prior to arrival date.

Any damage caused to the property must be reported immediately and any damage cost will be deducted from your security deposit. Apart from obvious damages, the replacement costs of towels and linen which have been damaged during your stay will also be deducted from the damage deposit. Damages include makeup stains, stains deriving from sun tanning lotions etc

Following your departure, the Property Management Team will inspect the property and you will be informed of any issues identified. If no issues are detected, your security deposit will be returned in full within 10 business days.
