Nice and charming typical Algarvian Villa with excellent facilities

This villa has recently undergone a complete renovation, inspired by the characteristics of old Algarve houses, with blue elements evoking its Mediterranean vocation and the incorporation of other architectural features such as Algarvian plaster and handcrafted Santa Catarina clay tile floors, all aimed at invoking the rustic charm of old Algarve homes.

Its exterior boasts a beautiful green space with a generous swimming pool, complete with comfortable sun loungers for that perfect tan, and the convenience of sun umbrellas. Additionally, there is a dining area and barbecue, as well as Algarvian-style masonry sofas for perfect relaxation and guest gatherings.

The interior of the house consists of five lovely suites, each with its own private bathroom, and a guest toilet on the ground floor. Two of the suites are located on the ground floor, while the others are on the upper floor, with two of them having access to terraces.

For climate control, all suites and the ground floor are equipped with air conditioning, and for guests with environmental concerns, these spaces also have ceiling fans.

On the upper floor, there is a winter lounge, an excellent space for individual relaxation or reading.

The open-plan interior of the ground floor features a spacious area, with the kitchen as the centerpiece, and on one side, a sitting and TV area, and on the other, the dining room.

The villa offers state-of-the-art WiFi and mesh technology, with TV service via fiber optics.

The kitchen includes an island with ample space for small meals and houses the dishwasher and washing machine. It also features a support counter with an induction hob, oven, and generously equipped cabinets with all kitchen equipment. The dining room area provides additional dishes and glassware, as well as outdoor dinnerware.

The villa offers ample parking for three cars, with the possibility of expansion to five spaces upon prior request.

Security:
Concerning the safety of the house and its occupants, the villa possesses the "Clean & Safe" certification, AL insurance, a central anti-intrusion security system with an online connection to the security center via the SOS button (exclusive for panic or medical emergencies), exterior CCTV surveillance, smoke detectors, and a safe. The villa is a "gas safe zone," meaning all energy is electric, eliminating the use of domestic gas.

Facilities for Babies:
The villa provides 1 crib and 1 baby chair free of charge upon request. Additional cribs and baby chairs can be supplied upon request at an extra cost.

Clube 7A:

Clube 7A: The villa is part of a pleasant and peaceful club that belongs to only seven landlords, featuring a large green area, a playground, a larger training swimming pool, a children's pool, and a tennis court. All villa guests have full and complimentary access to these facilities. Inside the villa, there is a tennis kit for playing on the club's tennis court.

My friends were so impressed with this house. They loved the personal pool and that every room had individual bathrooms. Daniel was really responsive and knowledgeable as a host. Highly recommend this villa.
