Villa With Private Pool

As you enter the property you will find a fully equipped lounge/ dining area and kitchen with large opening patio doors to allow the view to be admired. The Kitchen is fully fitted with washing machine, dishwasher and everything needed for a full family meal. The lounge is extremely comfortable with TV, wifi, a bed settee ( usable if 6 staying) and stunning views. The dining area is served by a hatch from the kitchen and adjoins the terrace where you can sit and eat and watch the sun set to the west. Going downstairs, you will find 2 large bedrooms with twin beds in each and two bathrooms, on ensuite, with bath in one bedroom and large shower area in the other. Both bedrooms, have large patio doors that step out onto the pool area. The swimming pool is 8m by 4m and has plenty of sun bathing areas around it. Again high quality outside furnishings to compliment the wonderful feel of this holiday home. Add to this, the fact that you have stunning views, your own pool, plus use of the Dunas Douradas which has a delightful swimming pool also, plus just 700m walk to possibly one of the best beaches in Algarve. Then you really will stay at the perfect property.

Location of the property is ideal - 10 min walk to the beautiful beach. However the villa is a little worn, no basics like hand soap (I wouldn't dream of packing hand soap for the loo i would expect it) no salt &pepper which having as holiday home myself i would expect.

A superb villa and host

We have just returned home from a hugely enjoyable week here!The property is great and was as described in the advert. The service and communications from Lucia, the host, were superb. It is an 'upside down' layout, with the two ensuite bedrooms located on the lower floor with doors leading straight out onto the gorgeous pool area. One bedroom has a double bed and a shower ensuite, whilst the other had twin beds and a bath/shower ensuite. Upstairs, there was a lovely open plan kitchen, diner/lounge area and a balcony with far reaching views over the resort and out to sea. There was a good sized round table for at least 4 and a bbq on the balcony too.The pool was fab, heated and had multiple seats & loungers around for us to bask in the sun all day.The villa is situated on a quiet residential street, with little to no passing traffic. It is a great location and convenient for all the region has to offer.A short walk takes you to the nearest beach and the highly rated Marias restaurant on the sea front. The Vale do Lobo tennis academy is just around the corner with a range of facilities to enjoy incl. a bar and restaurant, tennis, padel and a gym.The world class Vale do Lobo golf course is only a short drive (circa 1.5km at a guess) and the centre of Vale, with many bars/restaurants is only a further few hundred yards past the golf club.Thank you for having us Lucia, we will be returning!! xx

Great villa and location

The villa was lovely, we loved the setting and the views were fantastic. You can walk to several restaurants. We were left a welcome package which was very helpful, but you do definitely need to go to a big supermarket as the two mini-markets did not stock very much especially fresh bread, fruit and vegetables, we would also say that the villa did not have enough towels and they also need to be renewed.

Sehr schönes Haus in Ferienhaus-Viertel

Wir haben 2 wunderbare Wochen im sauberen und gepflegten Haus verbracht. Lucia hat immer sofort und nett geantwortet und die wenigen kleinen Probleme sofort gelöst. Die Betten sind bequem, aber eher fest. Besser jedoch, als so manche HĂ€ngematte, die wir schon in anderen UnterkĂŒnften hatten. Am Pool ist etwas wenig Schatten, es gibt zwar einen Sonnenschirm, der wurde jedoch vom Wind recht schnell umgeweht. Lucia schrieb mir, das sei aber inzwischen auch behoben mit einem besseren SchirmstĂ€nder. Einziges Manko, das ist aber einfach in Vale do Lobo so: man hört und sieht die Flugzeuge in Faro landen. Sie fliegen nicht direkt ĂŒber dem Haus, aber der Flughafen ist mit 25 Minuten Fahrt natĂŒrlich recht nah. Ansonsten wird generell gerade viel gebaut in der Region und ab und zu hört man die Baustellen in der Umgebung. Generell liegt das Haus aber in einer Sackgasse sehr ruhig - keine bellenden Hunde hörbar! 😊 Fazit: Klare Empfehlung von unserer Seite, ideale Unterkunft fĂŒr die NĂ€he zu Strand und Golf.

Lovely villa perfect for family or friend. Walking distance with plenty of restaurants and only a 10 minute walk to the beach. The host was excellent and extremely flexible letting us check in before 4 pm.

Lovely villa in a great location

We spent three nights in this very lovely villa. The home is spacious, spotlessly clean and is in a great location for either touring the area or spending days by the private pool or at the nearby beach. We were able to access the villa a little earlier so we really appreciated that. The only thing you should know is that you must bring all your own supplies as there was absolutely nothing in the villa except two dishwasher tablets. There are plenty of excellent supermarkets nearby and I think most people are there longer than we were so I don't think that it's an issue for most renters.

Schöner Kurztripp

Wir waren mit einer kleinen Gruppe fĂŒr 4 Tage vor Ort. Das Haus hat alle unsere BedĂŒrfnisse erfĂŒllt. Die Lage ist trotz Siedlung sehr ruhig. Zum nĂ€chsten Strand könnte man notfalls laufen, ein Auto ist aber definitiv von Vorteil. Besonders möchten wir die BemĂŒhungen von Lucia loben. Sie hat sich mit uns viel MĂŒhe gegeben und war maximal flexibel. Wir wĂŒrden immer wieder bei ihr buchen.

We found the villa to be perfect for our needs. The kids loved the pool which is of a decent size and we loved the upstairs balcony with great views out to sea. The location was perfect with a short walk to the beach, restaurants and the nearby mini-market. Would definitely stay again.

Nice villa, wonderful location - we would stay again!

The villa had everything that we needed and the villa manager was very responsive to questions that we had. We took advantage of the option to book an airport pick up and return, and despite a delayed outward flight all went smoothly, with Lucia (villa manager) at the airport to collect us when we arrived despite the late arrival. We would suggest providing an information brochure covering the local area, recommendations for restaurants/places to go/things to do. Maybe even having a "Guests" book where they can leave comments/make recommendations. The pool requires some attention/maintenance as there are tiles missing, and the garden would benefit from tidying/maintenance, however this did not impact our stay.

Next to Paradise 😉

Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin, die Lage des Hauses und die Ausstattung des Hauses sind optimal und erfĂŒllen alle WĂŒnsche. Man kommt an und fĂŒhlt sich direkt wie in einem Kokon. Frische Brötchen, Wein, Butter und KĂ€se empfangen einen. Alles liebevoll vorbereitet. Einem erholsamen Aufenthalt steht nichts im Wege. Wir haben drei wundervolle Wochen verbracht. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Entgegenkommen bei der Abreise - wir konnten noch den ganzen Tag im Haus bleiben - unser Flug zurĂŒck ging erst abends. Ganz herzlichen Dank fĂŒr diesen eindrucksvollen Service.wir kommen gerne wieder

Just perfect

The villa was just what we needed in a beautiful quiet area very close to the beach. Lucia was very responsive when needed. The villa has everything you could wish for and the sea view from the terrace was just a perfect place to relax and enjoy the sunshine. The pool as well was wonderful and well maintained. We didn’t hire a car but instead used Uber which was quick and cheap if we needed to get to a supermarket or the beach/restaurants. Highly recommend. We will be back!
