Unwind in Loveland at this updated condo. With three bedrooms featuring a king bed, two queen beds, and 2 twin beds, there’s plenty of space for everyone. All bedrooms are on the second floor; the living room, kitchen/dining and one bathroom are on the first floor. Guests enjoy 2 full bathrooms and one 1/2 bathroom, all equipped with the necessities to make your stay more comfortable. The condo stays comfortable year-round with heating, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi. Whether you’re a golfer, enjoy a stroll around Lake Loveland or walking through the sculpture park, there is plenty to do. There is also a game room including a suana, and fun activities for all ages. Kick back, relax, and enjoy everything this condo and beautiful Northern Colorado area has to offer. Many places to visit including Rocky Mountain National Park and Estes are a 30 mile drive, Denver is 43 miles away, and CSU/Fort Collins is 17 miles away.
There are 3 public golf courses only minutes from the condo. The Olde course, Cattail Creek, and The mini course at Cattail Creek. Cattail creek is a 9 hole course with a driving range, putting green, and pro shop for all of you needs. The Olde Course is just across the street from the Cattail Creek including 18 holes, driving range, putting green, practice chipping greens, and proshop. These courses get busy so set your tee times early at https://www.golfloveland.com/book-tee-time. Everything you could need to have a great golf experience with a beautiful backdrop of the Rockies.
Rocky Mountain National Park and Estes Park are just a 30 mile drive way. Estes Park has shopping, many outdoor activities, dining, and amazing views to enjoy. You can also see many elk wandering the town! Just a bit further west is the Rocky Mountain National park famous for stunning mountain views, diverse wildlife, and over 350 miles of hiking trails. Trail Ridge road is the highest continuous paved road in the US, spanning 48 miles long above the tundra open from appox May - early October. This is a must see!
Loveland is famous for its re-mailing Valentine program. Valentines are sent all over the country through our post office to receive a special post mark. There are a few landmarks of heart sculptures that people enjoy visiting and taking great photos for social media. Loveland is also known for having a large display of art, specifically sculptures all over town. A large portion of the sculptures are just a short walk from the condo.
There are endless things to do and see near Loveland and this condo can be a great home away from home while enjoying it all.
