The Active Zone invites adventure directly from your doorstep. With 6 bicycles, a 4-person buggy (**extra charge), and access to 14+ hiking trails, the surrounding landscape becomes your playground. Whether riding forest paths, discovering scenic viewpoints, or exploring the vast horizons of Lika, every route begins just steps from the villa.
The SPA Relax Zone is a warm, glass-enclosed retreat designed for complete renewal. Its centerpiece is the 11×3 m indoor heated saltwater pool maintained at a constant 30°C, which opens toward nature to create a seamless indoor-outdoor feeling in every season. A 4-person jacuzzi and 4-person sauna complete the experience, offering deep relaxation after active days.
The Hunting Zone is thoughtfully designed to support hunting stays, featuring certified weapon safety storage, dedicated kennels for hunting dogs, and a separate equipment and gear area that keeps the villa organized and practical.
Evenings gather momentum in the Gastro Zone. With a 12-person dining area, carefully selected local specialties, premium wines, craft beers, and fine cigars****, this is where the authentic flavors of Lika meet the warmth of good company beside the fireplace.
Located in the peaceful village of Sveti Rok, Villa Alfa offers a rare balance of privacy and accessibility.
