Dream apartment with pool, sea view and Wi-Fi, beautiful **** 4-star non-smoking apartment for 2-3 people with pool, high above the sea and the Kvarner Bay, with stunning views in a privileged location and not far from Opatija with full facilities , such as wifi, air conditioning, woodburning stove. The apartment "Losinj" is also often used as a "honeymoon suite", we have a special voucher for a meal for two in one of the best restaurants in the region. The apartment in the "Villa Sabine" in Medveja has a hallway in the entrance, fitted kitchen with wrap-around balcony to the living room, living / dining room with access to the balcony and sofa bed for the 3rd Person, bedroom with solid wood double bed, shower room made of natural stone with washer-dryer, bathrobes and hairdryer.

Traumhafter Ausblick
Nach der zugegeben steilen und schmalen Auffahrt wird man belohnt von einer blitzsauberen und freundlich eingerichteten Wohnung mit einem außergewöhnlichen Ausblick. Die Wohnung ist hochwertig und gut durchdacht eingerichtet und bietet alles was man braucht. Für uns war es ein hervorragend Urlaub, allerdings sollte man sein Auto problemlos beherrschen. Da die Parkplätze etwas beengt sind.

Traumhafter Sommerurlaub
Wir haben unseren Urlaub in der Villa Sabine sehr genossen. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist wunderschön, die Wohnung sehr sauber, modern und gepflegt. Auch die Nachbarschaft ist nicht zu touristisch und durch die Nähe zu Opatija und den Reiseempfehlungen von Sabine, kann man noch wesentlich mehr erleben, als nur am Meer zu liegen. Auch Wanderungen durch die Berge sind sehr empfehlenswert. Ebenfalls verlief die Kommunikation mit Sabine vor, während und nach unserem Urlaub absolut problemlos.
Wir können die Villa Sabine daher wärmstens empfehlen! Lediglich die Auffahrt zu dem Apartment und die Parkmöglichkeiten sind recht beengt. Für uns war das kein Problem, wer allerdings ein großes und tiefes Auto fährt, muss eventuell aufpassen.

Schöne Tage
Mein 11-jähriger Sohn und ich haben 4 wundervolle Tage in dieser Ferienwohnung verbracht.
Schon im Voraus hat organisatorisch alles sehr gut geklappt. Frau Antolovic antwortete auf Anfragen jedes Mal sehr schnell und auch Absprachen klappten hervorragend. Auch der Check-in verlief sehr gut.
Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es gab nichts, das uns gefehlt hat. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Besonders der Ausblick vom Balkon hat uns begeistert.
Wir hoffen, dass wir eines Tages noch einmal in dieser Ferienwohnung Urlaub machen werden. Vielen lieben Dank für alles, Frau Antolovic! Alles Liebe und Gute!

Bester Urlauber überhaupt 👌
Bereits die Abenteuerlich Anreise lässt bereits erahnen, was für ein Mega Ausblick auf einen wartet. Oben angekommen ( Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür ) wurden wir auch schon von den sympathischen Eigentümern Sabine und Franjo empfangen. Nach einer kurzen Einweisung ( Außenanlagen, Outdoorküche, Pool, Outdoor Dusche) und einem Begrüßungslikör sahen wir unser Apartment und waren mehr als Begeistert. Das mit viel Liebe und Herzblut eingerichtete moderne Apartment lässt keinerlei Wünsche übrig. 2 Tage haben wir ausschließlich am Pool entspannt😎☀️👍. Danke an dieser Stelle nochmals für die hervorragenden Restauranttipps ( Al Ponle, Tu Tamo👌. Wir hatten einen super entspannten , Sonnigen Urlaub und würden immer wieder auf die Villa Sabine zurückgreifen👍 LG Julia und Martin von der Ostsee.

Tolles Apartment mit phantastischem Ausblick
Sehr sauberes Apartment mit grandiosem Blick über die Bucht! Einzig die Anfahrt ist recht steil und beim ersten Mal etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, man gewöhnt sich aber schnell😊
Sehr netter Gastgeber, mit dem wir einen gemütlichen Abend bei regionalen Spezialitäten genießen durften und der uns tolle Ausflugstipps gab. Die Wanderung nach L. Draga war wunderschön. Unbedingt sehenswert ist Opatija und das kleine Dorf Moscenica . In dem Restaurant Tu Tamo kann man super Essen und hat einen schönen Blick auf die Bucht.
Insgesamt eine sehr erholsame und entspannte Woche in toller Umgebung!
Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Sensationeller Ausblick
Sehr schönes, hochwertig ausgestattetes und blitzsauberes Appartement mit absolut sensationellem Ausblick und Balkon. Professionelle und freundliche Gästebetreuung. Stern Abzug wegen folgende fehlenden Hinweisen im Vorfeld, die uns geholfen hätten: Anfahrt zur Unterkunft sehr beschwerlich und für tiefer liegende Autos durchaus kritisch, Parkplatzsituation mehr als beengt-Wendemöglichkeiten schwierig-einer der 3 Parkplätze eigentlich nicht vollwertig, Gemeinschaftspool direkt angrenzend an ein Appartement und deren zugehörigem Terassenbereich-das schmälert den Eindruck Gemeinschaftnutzung.

Die Unterkunft hat einen super Ausblick. Die Ferienwohnung ist modern eingerichtet und war sehr sauber. Einzigster Minuspunkt war, dass es keinen hauseigenen Parkplatz für uns gab. Dort stand ein Auto der Hausbesitzer weshalb wir gegenüber auf einen Straßenrandparkplatz parken mussten wenn dieser frei war. Ansonsten war es einer sehr schöner Urlaub mit einer super Unterkunft.
