Sunny self contained unit in Shotover

​​This gorgeous self contained unit is the perfect getaway. The modern decor has been thoughtfully designed with neutral and calming tones.

The property is located just 25 minutes drive from Queenstown CBD, 12 minutes from picturesque Arrowtown and both ski fields are easily accessible. The bus stop is conveniently located to allow for easy access. Equipped with a fully functioning kitchen, washing machine and necessary utilities to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Bedrooms:
One king bed. Featuring hotel standard linen. A cot for infants can be supplied on request. Designed to provide restful nights for families or friends.

Bathrooms:
Ensuite next to the bedroom. Equipped with towels, shampoo, conditioner, hand/body wash and toilet paper.

Kitchen and living area:
Open plan kitchen and lounge area. The lounge area has a three seater chaise sofa, arm chair, TV and heat pump to keep you toasty.

The kitchen is fully equipped to self cater throughout your stay. We provide basics to get you started; oil, salt, pepper, tea, coffee, sugar and cleaning supplies.

Parking:
Off street parking for one vehicle.

Laundry:
A washing machine is available for use throughout your stay. No dryer is available, a clothes drying rack has been provided.

Surroundings:
Queenstown CBD is a short 25 minute drive. Picturesque Arrowtown is 12 minute drive. 15 minutes drive to both ski field access roads & the airport is an easy 12 minute drive. We have awesome cafes, a grocery store and pharmacy a short walk from the flat. Not to mention awesome bike and walking trails.

Easily accessible bus route for those who choose not to rent a vehicle, just a few minutes stroll from the apartment. We also have bikes available for use on request. We require 24 hrs notice to get the bikes ready for use. Please note these may not always be available during your stay as they can be in use with the owners and occasionally the guests in the main house.

Full access to the apartment. This is attached to a main house so you may see owners in the garden and surrounds. No steps to climb. Easy parking for one vehicle.

We like to give our guests privacy when staying. However, our team live locally so are available via the app for anything needed.

By accepting this reservation, you agree that these House Rules are understood and accepted by all guests.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

Check-In: After 3pm
Check-Out: Before 10am

Multiple parties rely on these times for cleaning and maintenance. Contact the host if you require different times and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Check-Out Requirements:
- Leave the property in the same condition as when you arrived
- Place all rubbish and recycling in appropriate bins/bags provided
- Load dirty dishes into dishwasher (do not put dirty items away as if clean)
- Turn off lights and electrical items used (do not switch off utilities like WiFi/modems)
- Turn off heated towel rails and gas fire (if applicable)
- Secure all windows and doors
- Return access keys/remotes to their original location (lockbox or kitchen bench)

Late check-out or properties left in poor condition may incur additional cleaning fees.

GUESTS AND VISITORS

- Maximum guests: 2
- Lead guest: Must be 25+ years old and present during the stay
- Registration: All overnight guests must be registered with the host beforehand
- Visitors: Strictly registered guests only - no unregistered visitors permitted
- Parties: NOT allowed under any circumstances
- ID verification: We reserve the right to request photographic ID from all party members

Unregistered guests may be asked to leave at any time. The lead guest is responsible for all party members` actions.

QUIET HOURS AND NOISE POLICY

- Outdoor spaces: Not permitted between 10pm and 7am (council requirement)
- Noise levels: Keep to minimum, especially 10pm to 7am
- Shared walls: Please be aware that noise travels through shared walls and floors. Keep volume low at all times, particularly during quiet hours
- Violations: Minimum NZD $100 call-out fee for noise complaints
- Noise issues from other properties: Contact QLDC Noise Control during quiet hours

SMOKING, VAPING AND SUBSTANCES

Strictly prohibited inside or directly outside the property.
- Violation fee: Minimum NZD $200 for fumigation if evidence of smoking indoors
- Disposal: Improper disposal of cigarette butts may incur additional fees

PETS

Pets are NOT permitted unless specifically stated in the listing. Bringing unauthorized pets will result in immediate eviction without refund.

SECURITY AND MONITORING

DAMAGES AND PROPERTY CARE

- Respect the property as if it were your own
- Do not remove any items from the property (including linens and furnishings)
- Report damage immediately to the host
- All items inspected before arrival and after departure
- Damage responsibility: Guests liable for all damage to property and furnishings
- Missing items: Will be charged accordingly
