An amazing chalet loved it!! Well kitted out and must say washing machine was a godsend. Ideally situated for exploring the local area. The place was such gem of a find for us just whst we needed to chill. Its a quiet site with an onsite pub/restaurant and swimming pool but more pubs and loads of restaurants are within walking distance of the site. Lovely walks to Carlton Marshes reserve spotting dear hares and a multitude of birds worth a look

This is a lovely, clean, well-equipped place to stay on a quiet, friendly site. Having a washing machine to rinse and spin swimsuits was really useful, along with the airer to hang them out to dry. Jonathan was helpful, informative and very prompt to reply to questions. Check in was really easy, thanks to the key safe. The site is really well situated for lots of different days out (brochures helpfully provided in the accommodation). The pool is a decent size and lovely and warm. The bar/restaurant had friendly staff and good food with generous portions. WiFi and the phone signal in general was a bit patchy on the site at times - mostly later in the day - but it just meant that the kids put down their screens and played board games and outdoor games, so even that was a bonus in my opinion! I’d definitely be happy to stay again.

Fantastic location. Easy walking access to the marina, waterfront, park, and train stop. Very nice facilities. The Lodge was well maintained and comfortable for our stay. The area had many interesting sites for us to visit.

Lovely couple of days. Slightly marred by the lodge not being very clean but otherwise enjoyable. Lovely short walk to the marina and drive to the beach. Plenty of space for our little one too.

The accommodation was exactly as described on the advert good communication with host Jonathan although we never met but that was because we had no problems which was very good dog friendly not sure if dogs had been in before there was no doggy smells would definitely recommend to anyone the park was well looked after and very tidy

Peaceful family weekend break

A lovely little lodge, accurately listed. Perfect for a quiet weekend getaway with the family and puppy. Lovely walks and park, the food from local restaurants/pubs was lovely and a cool off in the pool was a great addition. Will be booking again

Fantastic place to stay

Lovely location and site. Nice and quiet. Lodge was superb, clean and had everything we needed. Host was very responsive to messages. A lovely break away, plenty to do in surrounding areas. We wanted to stay outside of Great Yarmouth and this was perfect.

Lovely park, just what we needed

A very nice holiday park, good size and good location for access to the beach, with Tesco express just up the road and only a short drive to Asda. It was quite hot over the weekend we stayed and the bedrooms did get hot, a fan would have been useful with young children as having the windows open was too noisy at that time. The lodge was clean, nicely presented and we would definitely look to stay again.

a quiet location,comfortable enough, a few cleaning products like bleach for the loo and sink, and spray to clean glass in shower would have been good. very disappointed in on sight pool. 5.50 a session and very shallow , more a kids pool.i enjoy a good swim but was unable to do so.
