Private parking for 3 cars. No smoking. A delightful bungalow within a short distance to the sea with the accommodation being on the ground floor. There is a pretty enclosed garden ideal for sunbathing, reading a book, drinking your favourite tipple or watching the stars in beautiful Suffolk. The property is within walking distance of Pakefield beach so it is the ideal retreat for a seaside holiday or short break. The living area offers a Smart TV which you can cosy up in front of to enjoy a film after a long day exploring. The kitchen is well-equipped and has everything you need to cook a hearty meal. There are two spacious bedrooms, each fitted with a double bed. There is a pretty enclosed south facing rear garden ideal for sunbathing.
Nearby Kessingland is a traditional seaside village on the Suffolk Heritage Coast and is only 4 miles away, closer is the popular resort of Lowestoft which offers further traditional seaside entertainment including amusements, furthermore, the inland waterways at nearby Oulton Broad. Both Pleasurewood Hills Theme Park and Africa Alive are within a short drive too. Southwold with its pier, summer theatre and a visit to the Adnams brewery is a must. Dunwich Heath and beach, RSPB Minsmere, Aldeburgh with its fishing boats and local seafood, and Snape Maltings Concert Hall are all easily accessible, as are the lovely Norfolk Broads.
