The Azure condo is one of our St. Martin vacation rentals not to be missed. The island of St. Marteen shared with the french side is known for its stunning white beaches and a secluded atmosphere, and is a tranquil spot where you’ll be able to truly relax.

The wrap-around covered terrace is furnished with lounge chairs that sit overlooking the caribbean turquoise sea and the large swimming pool—perfect for when you grow warm. You can choose either the pool or the warm sea. This terrace boasts an exceptional panoramic ocean views.

Inside, this spacious condo features plenty of natural light and a relaxing color scheme. The sunken living room opens up to the terrace through sliding glass doors, and is furnished with plush green sofas that surround a flatscreen TV. The dining room also opens up to the patio and includes a formal dining table with seating for up to 6. Just behind the dining area is a modern fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops.

The condo's two bedrooms will comfortably sleep up to 4 guests (Folding bed and baby crib on demand for additional guest). Each room features a unique color palette and furnishings, air conditioning and a private en-suite bathroom. The master bedroom opens to the terrace and walks out to the pool area and the sea.

As a guest, you will have access to the resort’s facilities that include 2 pools, beach access, lounge area. Beach lovers can head to the beach, located on the resort. It’s known for being ideal for snorkeling. Meanwhile, the capital city of Marigot’s shops and restaurants are only a 10-minute drive from the condo and Maho, only 1 min drive.

Best Location on the Cliff
Property was a bit worn from comparison with the pictures. The property description proclaimed there were lounge chairs on the balcony overlooking the sea, when in actuality there were 4 plastic, hard, upright chairs that were not at all conducive to relaxation & a half-broken wooden table to place your drink on! We would have liked to spend more time on the balcony, but the chairs were too uncomfortable. The balcony handrails were all rusted and needed repair, while the neighboring condo rails were in great shape. We were allowed in early to enjoy the pool/beach, as the cleaning lady knew she had to work well after 5PM to make it right for us from the mess left behind from the previous renter. She was super! There were dirty dishes left in the dishwasher undone, & a frying pan with food still attached was found in the oven. We had to clean all the utensils, pots, & dishes that we wanted to use before we could use them. There was minimal TV service, & were told upon check-in that we would have to have our own subscription to Hulu, or Netflix etc, which we don"t subscribe to. This needs to be addressed in the description of the property for those without subscriptions, as internet service was our only access to outside news - when it was working. The screen on the bedroom sliding glass door to the balcony was trashed, so we could not open it for the lovely breeze that is available in the evening & also for air when the power went out!- which may have been a blessing since there were 2 stray cats that took up residence on our 1st floor balcony during the night. The master bath shower area is cave-like & really needed a power vent to remove the moisture, but that was broken. The stove top is barely working, as the touch pad is so worn it is difficult to adjust the temperature & to turn on & off. The paint on the ceiling is peeling off in the common kitchen area, & the refrigerator water/ice machine with the filter is inop so no potable water. The condo has the absolute BEST location in the entire complex with direct access to the pools & the beach is just steps away. Good parking is available close to the front door & is by gated access only with guard 24/7. This poor condo needs some TLC and it would be absolutely awesome!! We enjoyed St Maarten and this building location gives easy driving access to both the French & Dutch side restaurants, and the airport, while providing a very peaceful & restful atmosphere. Just needs a little TLC!

Unbelievable View!
We had a wonderful week staying at this condo at the Rainbow Beach club! This place is even better than the pictures and equipped with everything needed for a relaxing week including washer/dryer in unit, well stocked kitchen items and comfortable air conditioning! But what truly makes this place is the unbeatable ocean view right from the living room or sitting on the large patio! Walking right down from the balcony to either swimming pool or to the private beach is so convenient! Jonathan the property manager was always quick to respond to any questions and Stacey the concierge helped make check in super easy! There was even a cleaning service midway through our stay that did a great job. We would definitely love to stay here again!

Perfect get away
This condo is in a great location. Has a nice small beach with few people you can often have to yourself. You can walk to several restaurants and has a nice grocery store right across the street. Felt very safe with security guards, locking sliding glass doors and well let grounds at night. The condo is very spacious and we really enjoyed the porch that walks out to the pool. The dishwasher is very small and difficult to arrange. The beds are hard and would really benefit from a mattress topper or being replaced. Everything else we really loved about the condo and would stay here again.

Perfect Piece of Paradise
We absolutely loved our stay here! The living room/dining room and master bedroom all face the ocean with sliding glass doors, so you have an amazing view at all times. The condo opens to one of the pools and there’s another pool about 20 yards away. The people in the complex, from the many owners who live there, to the security guards at the gate, the groundskeepers, the house keepers, were all so friendly and nice. Everyone talked to us about where to go for dinner and several invited us to join them. Another big plus is that there is a great little market across the street that has everything you could possibly need or want, including giant papayas that we ate every morning. The spiral staircase to the beach is so unique and this beach is very private. Ypu really have it to yourself. I went snorkeling right out there with one of the residents at the condos. We saw sea turtles and an octopus and lots of fish! The condo is really on a great location; it’s away from the hustle, but close enough to get to both the French and the Dutch sides. We would definitely want to stay here again if we get the opportunity to return to St. Martin.
