Looking to enjoy your best vacation ever? Welcome to St Maarten and La Terrasse; offering private living in a hotel setting. Known for its dual culture, glorious beaches and tax free shopping, St. Maarten is the perfect destination for a tropical island getaway. This unique Island of 37 square miles and 36 beaches is divided in two separate distinct countries; French and Dutch and has the best of both worlds. With breathtaking vistas, rolling hills, gorgeous beaches, amazing gourmet dining, water sports and much more St Maarten has so much to offer..
The condo is situated just 10 minutes away from Princess Juliana International Airport and is ideally located in the heart of Maho Village where all the buzz and excitement happens. Tax free boutiques, jewelry stores, restaurants, casinos, 18 hole golf course, beaches and a variety of nightly entertainment are all at your door step.
You can spend the day at one of the three beautiful beaches just steps away. From famous sunset beach bar you have amazing views of the Caribbean Sea. You can choose to just relax on the beach, read a book, go golfing, snorkeling or simply take in the spectacular site of Aircraft's on approach to Princess Juliana Airport.

As the evening settles in; you can enjoy dinner at one of the many restaurants then try your luck at the Casino Royal situated next door.
You check in at the front desk, just like a hotel, where you collect your key cards along with your beach towels. The warm and friendly staff will also provide you with all the information you need to enjoy the complex and this spectacular Island.
One of the three elevators will take you directly to the unit, pool, gardens, pool bar and Jacuzzi. The laundry room, grocery store and the underground garage are all conveniently located within the complex. There is 24 hour security at La Terrasse.
Once in the unit you will enjoy breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea, the manicured gardens and pool. The condo is fully furnished and equipped with all the amenities of home. The living room has a queen size sofa bed, flat screen TV with satellite, dining table for four and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. The bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen TV with satellite and plenty of storage. The living room and bedroom have separate air conditioning systems. The large balcony is equipped with a table and 4 chairs as well as 2 lounge chairs.

Appartement trĂšs propre, complet et au calme.

Nous avons beaucoup apprĂ©ciĂ© notre sĂ©jour Ă  "La Terrasse" que nous connaissions pour y ĂȘtre venus plusieurs fois. L'appartement rĂ©novĂ© est impeccable, tout l'Ă©quipement de cuisine est complet et le confort de la chambre parfait. Par contre, le confort du couchage du sofa nĂ©cessite une amĂ©lioration. Tout le personnel de l'Ă©tablissement est trĂšs aimable et dĂ©vouĂ©. Nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© bien sĂ»r, la piscine et le Spa. Nous recommandons votre location aux visiteurs de l'Ăźle. Wonderful Property. Perfect location

We were so pleased with our stay. The property is wonderfully appointed with everything that you may need. The location is perfect to all the best restaurants and gorgeous beaches. We were unsure about the proximity to the airport and if there would be noise considerations. This was not the case at all. The flights only arrive and depart in the afternoon time and the location of the bedroom in the unit makes it practically immune to any noise. Not only noise from the outside, but it was very quiet within the dwelling and its neighbors as well. Everything you need was available and we would not hesitate to stay again. We truly loved it.

The property was fine. If you want quick access to Maho Bay then this is a great option. We came specifically to see the planes as our daughter is in flight school. The view was limited from the balcony, but there was a “look out” above the hot tub at the pool and I doubt you’ll find a better view of the entire runway. The host was not great and left us without WiFi and was hard to get to respond on VRBO’s app. When traveling with a child, this is a priority for communication. I messaged the host and she was apparently aware of the wifi being down for a previous guest, but did not rectify the situation. She told me she would refund the $50 I had to pay for local WiFi, but I’m almost positive that won’t happen.

Fantastic property on Maho!

This place is amazing! Very clean, well stocked and in a great location. We took this vacation for our son who is heading to college to be a pilot. The views of Maho and the planes coming in was absolutely perfect. The complex was nice and quite and the people were extremely friendly. They have a bar down at the pool that makes great drinks and the bartender Jesus is awesome! We rented a car to cruise the island, but honestly, the location offers great entertainment and beaches within walking distance and probably wouldn’t of had to. The host was great, responsive, and understanding. The price for the value was well worth it. When we come back to the island, we will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Staycation

This was the perfect location with a view of the ocean, the quaint pool and the amazing planes coming & going. The condo was perfect for a staycation for a few weeks. It had everything we needed to feel like home. Shopping, restaurants and grocery store all in walking distance. Debbi was the perfect host. She was very responsive and accommodating. We loved this hidden gem and can't wait to return.

I thought I would be able to walk out onto the beach directly from where we were saying, however, it is still a short walk to Maho. Great location and views!

We really enjoyed staying in this condo. All the amenities were available to us. We love the convenience of this location for great beaches, views, food and shopping. The owners are very quick to respond to any inquiry, which was greatly appreciated. The pool is clean and surrounding area very quiet and relaxing (well, when the planes aren't taking off but that's fun to watch!). Look forward to our next visit.

Maho Reef

My husband and I have travelled extensively over the years, but this was our first time reserving a condo. We were so impressed with everything that the condo had to offer and it suited us perfectly. We were familiar with the area from previous visits to SXM and enjoy all of the restaurants and nightlife within a very short walking distance - not to mention the beautiful beaches. The condo was very clean, spacious and more than met our needs. Debbi was wonderful in communicating with us and was gracious enough to extend a late check out privilege to us for which we are grateful. We will certainly book with Debbi again.

La Terrace

My wife and I ended up staying across the street at the Royal Islander La Plage, where we have a time share. We had originally tried to book our 2nd, of 3 weeks vacation, at La Plage, where we had reservations for the 1st and 3rd weeks. At the time, there was no availability for the 2nd week. While at La Plage, we were able to get the 2nd week there, so we did not stay at La Terrasse.

as soon as we booked on line Debbi communicated to see if we had any questions regarding travel. the unit is newly renovated with an full oven rather than a toaster oven. the kithchen was extremly well stock with plates, flatware, glasssware and silver and non-stick good ware. it was very convweint to have a great selection of kithcen paper supplies. the living room funiture was very comfortable. we have stayed in serval units on this property and were very impressed with Debbi and her home. the staff is also very friendly and the grounds are always kept clean. many restaurants and shops with in walking distance with a sucure parking garage in the building.

Look No Further - Book Now!

If you're looking at staying in Maho Beach, do yourself a favor and book Debbi & Karl's amazing VRBO right now. If you're familiar with Maho Beach or visiting for the first time, Debbi & Karl's condo is the absolute best find and decision you will make. Starting with its proximity to the airport. If you're landing in SXM, you'll be less than a 5-minute taxi ride away from your abode while on vacation. Or, save the money and take a short 10-minute walk down the road, into town, and check in easily once you arrive. Next, once you have your towels from check-in, which you can swap every morning for fresh towels, you're merely steps away from Maho Beach, where you can rent a chair and umbrella at Driftwood Bar for $10/PP (which includes one beer!). If you're looking to venture a little further, enjoy a 10-15 minute walk to Mullet Bay and get yourself a chair and umbrella for the same cost (no beer though). And if you're hungry, enjoy some ribs and wings from Rosie's. Looking for another beach, check out Simpson Bay. Back to the condo, such a perfect place to absolutely unwind after a nice day at the beach. If the weather isn't great, you have a spacious balcony where you can enjoy a drink and a bite while still seeing the airplanes land in a dramatic fashion. Thinking about cooking a meal for yourself, this condo has literally every cooking accoutrement you would need to prepare yourself a delicious home-cooked meal away from home. You can stop in at Maho Market, which is part of the overall complex, and pick up any supplies that you desire. Lastly, within the same complex, you'll find SLS Labs, which for the time being needing a negative COVID test to fly out, is an amenity of its own. You won't waste a minute traveling around the island to get your test when it's right below your condo. And that's not the only thing in great proximity, restaurants, Casino Royale and Golf Course should all be considered an amenity as they are each within minutes of your stay. Great modern apartment

My parents in law stayed here because I got married on the island. They really loved their stay in this modern condo located on the 2nd floor overlooking the green garden. Communication with the owner was fast and clear. I would recommend this condo for friends.

Amazing experience during unexpected situation

I'm not sure there are enough words to accurately capture our stay on beautiful St. Maarten, under the care of Debbi, a wonderful property owner, in her perfect condo. Our vacation began on March 13, 2020. We safely arrived in St. Maarten and were excited to see the resort from our plane upon landing! What a perfect location in Maho, an easy taxi ride from the airport, above a grocery store, immediately on the bus line, close walk to beautiful beaches, casino, restaurants, bars, and shops. It was more than we even imagined. The condo was in perfect clean condition when we checked in, suiting all our needs for our expected 8 night stay. Amazing views of the ocean and garden area. Newly renovated kitchen, great outdoor patio area with loungers, table and chairs. We were wanting for nothing! The pool was refreshing, and the pool bar had happy hour every day with wonderful bartender Jesus. Relaxing, and just what we were looking for. Debbi kept in constant contact with us before, during, and after our stay, making sure that our every need was taken care of. Unfortunately due to the COVID-19 pandemic, our stay was cut short after only three days. We were extremely sad to have to leave so unexpectedly, and under such uncertain circumstances. I called to let Debbi know right away, and she couldn't have been more kind during a stressful situation. After we safely arrived back home Debbi kept in contact with us, and was extremely generous in working with us since the trip ended much sooner than either of us expected. I fully recommend this property, due to the wonderful property owner, beautiful location, and perfect condo. If I could give more than five stars I would. Perfect for anyone looking for an easy, stress free get away.

Amazing!

This place was amazing! We could have not found a better place, we loved the location! The place was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed for our 2 week stay. The Market was great for all our essentials. The pool was fabulous and had cocktail hour everyday at the Tiki bar. Debbie is fantastic, she made sure that everything was going well during our stay! This is my second time renting from Debbi. She is so easy to work with and always goes above and beyond to make sure her guests have a wonderful time. Her unit is fabulous with a great location, great view and great times. I can't wait until our next visit!

The view is incredible, morning coffee and some evening cocktails overlooking the beautiful roof garden/pool/ocean is hard to beat. The proximity to great food and nightlife were outstanding. The grocery store in the building has all you will need for snacks, breakfast, beer and liquor. Taco macho was a great lunch spot and was a 5 minute walk away. Moulin Fou is nearly a hidden gem right next door for some great French cuisine (get the fois gras). Overall, we loved every part about the area and the condo.
