Great spot. Clean, with great amenities. Very adequate seating (which I find lacking in a lot of vacation rentals). Lubbock isn’t a very walkable town, but very nice sidewalks and parks for getting out and about. Would stay here again.

If we could give more stars we would for all aspects of this VRBO!! It was lovely, perfect for four senior citizens- great patio, dining, user friendly kitchen, Netflix, easy in and out with keyless entry. Extremely clean and beautifully furnished with mid-century modern. Very modern bathrooms. Easy check out instructions. Gary responded immediately to inquiries- both prior to stay and during.
