Coral Cottage by Park in Med Dst

Our newly remodeled 2 bedroom home is the perfect place to rest, relax, recuperate, and enjoy time with friends and family. Located within walking distance of Covenant Lakeside and Maxey Park while just a few minutes from Texas Tech, you won't find a more convenient location in Lubbock.

This home was intentionally remodeled to provide the perfect amenities so that your stay will be amazing! Each bedroom features clean and comfortable beds with 5 star linens along with a large smart tv.

The kitchen is fully equipped with new stainless appliances as well as all of the necessary kitchenware to serve you and your guest. The kitchen and living room are open, making for a comfortable area to relax and entertain.

The bathroom is stocked with toiletries and feature a West Texas favorite, Tecolote Handmade Soaps.

You will experience the fastest internet available making it easy to stay up to date with work projects or stream your favorite shows. Each tv has a YouTube TV account which allows you to watch by local and cable channels.

The laundry area is fully equipped with a large capacity washer and dryer along with an iron and ironing board.

The property is professionally cleaned, making it not only fresh and inviting, but COVID safe. You can book with confidence.

We offer remote contactless checkin and checkout using automatic door locks and a Ring Doorbell.

Get away stay

We enjoyed the area , pretty close to where we were needed to be. Easy to access restaurants and we did go to a Alamo Draft House to watch a movie and eat. Red Raider Burrito was and fantastic place to get menudo the next day.

This house is the perfect size for small family. 2/1 with comfy beds and cozy living room. The back yard has plenty of space, as well. The neighborhood is safe with easy access to Tech area and hospital. you can also enjoy walking around the park nearby. This is our second time staying here to visit our daughter at tech and it’s been so vonvient.

Adorable cottage close to Texas Tech

The cottage is even more adorable in person. Well appointed and decorated. The beds are very comfortable. Check in and check out were super easy. My only complaint was that the trash hadn't been emptied from prior guests, there was a comb on the couch, and hair on the sheets.

Cute h,ome with modern touches. Playground is very close by. Furniture and decor is not toddler friendly but managed to navigate around potential problems. Loved having access to washer and dryer. Will hope to use on our next stay.
