Checking in was great, they were nice and polite. The rooms on the other hand were dirty, and the sheets had stains. We told the front and they didn't even give us new sheets. I had a two-night stay but didn't even stay a second night. It was that bad.

Nice staff, but all in all I wasn’t impressed much with the lack of maintenance on the facility. Our first room had a permanently running toilet, so we were moved to another room. That room had a broken window curtain, so the sun was shining in our room all day. The shower had either scum, dirt, or mold along the bottom edges. A repair had been made in a wall near the a/c unit, but was never painted. In general, the facility wasn’t ready for prime-time. For a hotel with the name Radisson attached to it, I was not impressed. All of these issues could be easily taken care of by good management.

I was so disappointed this stay :/ pool was flooding, no towels at all, not even for rooms. Night staff was on their phone and attitude to help was not there. Day staff was friendly. Breakfast staff was not friendly at all. No juice. Halls and room were dirty:/ just overall disappointing
