The location was ideal for us driving from CO to TX, with Lubbock being about halfway. We will stay here again. The neighborhood is new and nice, there was a fenced-in backyard for our dog to run after being in a car all day. The house was decorated nicely and was perfect for us.

We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO. The house was very clean and beautifully decorated, with a warm and inviting atmosphere that made me feel right at home. This is our 4th VRBO rental in Lubbock over the past year and we have found our new “go to” home away from home. This house was perfect for our family! It was clean, in a quiet neighborhood, and loved the small touches (water bottles, snacks, coffee, mints). Just a short drive to Tech, grocery store, and restaurants. I hope we can stay here next time we visit our son at Tech!

This pet friendly, 3 bedroom home is absolutely incredible! The neighborhood is SUPER QUIET. And the garage is HUUUUGGGEEE. I’ll be booking this home every time I come to Lubbock! We slept so well! The room is extremely dark and the beds are extremely comfortable.

The place was amazing! Brand new area close to Milwaukee Ave. everything you need is close by and convenient. The house has everything you need. Kitchen is fully stocked, fenced in back yard, garage for parking. Will be staying here again.

Absolutely Wonderful!

The house was absolutely beautiful, very clean. Property owners go above and beyond having everything you can think of for your convenience. My husband and I and our daughter stayed here along with our miniature Aussie. House is conveniently located close to anything you may need. The subdivision has a police station located right in front of it which I personally liked as it made the area have a very safe feel. Some of my husbands family stayed in a house a street over which made it very convenient for visiting. We were all in town for a wedding. Definitely recommend this property! 5 stars! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful house.

Easy to book, easy to find, quiet neighborhood, really nice decor, comfortable beds, clean linens and bathrooms, great communication. As soon as we all walked in the door, we all felt right at home. Great stay!

Immaculate & welcoming

We wanted something which offered beautiful decor, so we could do a practice photo shoot as real estate photographers. This gem was perfect for this! Personally, I would recommend it for the great layout & comfort.
