The hotel is definitely dated and for the money you pay for a room you would think it would be a little better…the bed was comfortable and the air conditioner was great…the tv had 60 channels according to the guide, but you only watch 4 local channels…I definitely do not recommend the I-Hop out front, my night was spent battling a bout of food poisoning so restful sleep was not in the cards..I planned on leaving early early that morning but didn’t happen because of the earlier..

Staff were VERY nice and kind. Stayed for a volleyball tournament. Breakfast was so good, hotel is close to restaurants and the loop in Lubbock so easy access to every where.

The hotel was good. The only thing was that we were assigned a room that was already occupied. Not sure if that was the hotel’s fault or hotel.com’s fault. The problem was quickly remedied, however, the man who’s room we tried to enter was not happy. Someone needs to be more careful.

Old, needs updates. Womt be staying here again. Loid workers all evening in the lobby. Couldnt hear to check in. Came back hrs later, male workers still in the lobby, loud. Not happy to share breakfast with that group. Wont be back.
