Our room had cigarette burns on the wall in the bathroom, it was unusually since this is a nonsmoking facility. Overall, this property is where I always stay when in town. My family has been staying here for the past 15 years.

Customer services was terrible. We had to get our own sheets and towels at the front desk because the room was not serviced. And the girls at the front desk hung up on me when i was asking for help.

Although the bedding was clean, the couch cushions were stained and gross. Makes you wonder about the cleanliness of the carpet and bathroom floors. At check-in the attendant did not greet us and just put her hand out asking for ID. No eye contact. No thank you once the interaction ended either. When you’re paying $300 a night, some customer service is expected…
