The accessible room had a narrow passageway that makes it hard for a wheelchair to fit. One of the better hotels I've stayed at in Lubbock. Carpets need to be cleaned, floors throughout the hotel were dirty. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Jackie, in particular, was very nice.

I did not get the lady’s name at the front but she is the nicest kindest person ever. She has beautiful colored eyes and has shaved her hair off. Made us feel like we were home

I had spoken with the wonderful lady at the counter the day before and she was awesome!! I really needed an early check in and she made that happen. The room was clean and nice and the gentleman who was doing the cleaning was friendly and did a great job. A+++ in my book and I'll stay there again and use Expedia to book my room since they quickly gave me a credit on an incorrect booking.

At least the bed was okay

For being non smoking, the whole second floor reeked of cigarettes. The shower curtain rod fell down while i was showering and the microwave was missing a part that would make it turn. The usb ports by the outlets were misaligned so i couldn't use them

Strong Mildew odor!!

Check in was great. The first room I was assigned the bathroom had a strong mildew odor. I tried to turn the bathroom fan on but it was broken . I went downstairs to ask for a new room which I did receive , right next door to the mildew room! I most likely will not stay here again but it was okay for what it was.

This property is a good place to stay. Lots of amenities, really great breakfast, clean and modern. The only complaint I have is its location. I found it difficult to get to. On the positive side it is near a great shopping and dining center. Many popular places to get a meal or shop. I recommend this location.
