Room foot was unacceptable dirty! Had 1/4 toilet paper when I arrived in bathroom and the sidewalks and entry way was almost solid Pigeon / bird waste feces that one could not walk around that lead to sticking to shoes entering the facility. I brought this to the attention of two different people working at the desk including telling the manger my first night my floors were very dirty and got no response in two nights. I am a lifelong customer of Holiday Inn Express but after this weekend in Lubbock I will be seeking other options. The people who ran the facility just laughed when I showed them the massive bird waste on their sidewalks and showed no concern. This is an institutional problem and demonstrated no concern for customers and the obvious blatant disregard for health and safety was shocking and disappointing as well.
