Our guest house provides you with a perfect home while visiting Lubbock and the neighboring areas. The property sits behind the main house, where the property owner lives. The property is also separate from the main house, so you will be able to enjoy a private and relaxing stay. Our guest house welcomes you with a very spacious 3 bedrooms, 2 luxurious bathrooms, beautiful kitchen open to the living room, laundry room, private backyard with deck, 2 car garage, and a private swimming pool (ONLY AVAILABLE from mid May- August). The master suite includes his and hers sink separate shower, jacuzzi tub, and a spacious sitting area! It’s a beautiful piece of real estate in a country setting that provides you with the perfect getaway. COME & STAY!

The host was welcoming We had all our check-in information early and the host followed up with us the day before. The house was perfect for our stay during December graduation for Texas Tech. We enjoyed local shopping and restaurants, and played board games in the kitchen. The house was clean, the beds comfortable, and we enjoyed the quiet surroundings. The Christmas tree was a special added touch as we hadn't all been together since my daughter's wedding almost 8 months earlier. Thank you for your hospitality!

We had an amazing stay at this property! From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless, welcoming, and exactly as described in the listing. The home was beautifully maintained, well-stocked with everything we needed, and full of thoughtful touches that made our trip even more comfortable.The beds were cozy, the kitchen had all the essentials (and more), and the outdoor area with BBQ grill was great to cook burgers and sit outside on the patio and eat.Communication with the host was excellent; they were responsive, kind, and made sure we felt right at home. Overall, this was one of the best Vrbo stays we’ve had, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended.

We had an amazing weekend at this home! The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. The living spaces were cozy and perfect for spending time together. The teenagers lived the pool and okay orn hole in the evenings. Really Nice House

We went to Wollforth to watch my grandaughter in her play and stayed at this wonderful house. The manager/host was so helpful with check-in and was always available to answer questions. The house was well kept and had all the comforts that we enjoyed.

Very nice accommodations and very clean. Can not say there was anything we did not like other than it is a bit far from downtown Lubbock, but it is well worth the drive and the price was great! Would recommend it.

Country Oasis

Our family of 6 stayed here during move in weekend at Texas Tech. Although the house was a 20min drive from campus, the pool and comfortable space made it the perfect vrbo for us. Loved being able to park in a garage and watch movies on our own apps on the smart tv.

Relaxing, quiet reset!

My son and I had the most relaxing time! I received very thorough directions and check in information several days in advanced. Upon arrival the pool, yard and house were even better than the pictures. The neighborhood is quiet and very nice. We stayed here for two nights to reset from work stress and this house did just that. The beds were amazing! The pool was clean! The house was clean, I have nothing bad to say. I appreciate Julie and her family for hosting us. We will be back!

Graduation Celebration

My family and I stayed in this beautiful home while visiting Lubbock for my daughter's graduation events. Our two night stay in this house was comfortable, convenient, and met all our expextations. The home is located a short drive from TTU, in a quiet and beautiful country side neighborhood. The patio and pool area, totally relaxing and amazing. Communication with the home owner was excellent. I definitely recommend this home and we would definitely stay here again.
