Room was lacking basic amenities like nothing other than bar soap no extra toilet paper tv was rocking on dresser . The staff was friendly on check in and very dismissing on check out.

Rooms appear clean but cigarette burns all over everything didn't smell like smoke though. One person working. A/c took forever to cool down and it wasn't really even that hot outside. Pets allowed

Check in was good and then everything fell apart. there was no remote in our room. The young man who checked us in, was outside having a cigarette break, I asked for another bath towel and wash cloth and also a remote control. He told me that he would bring them to our room, he never did. The bed was terrible, impossible to sleep on can't ever explain who lumpy & broken it was. Bulbs were out. there was no extra lock on the door. I found a goat head in the sheets. The room was so beat up it looked like it hadn't been cleaned. sheets were stained. Some of the floor tiles were loose and caused some tripping. The room smelt like someone had been smoking in it, if not then it the smell was coming in from outside. the bathtub looked like it was had burned several marks with cigarettes Check out, there was no bell to get someone to help. Next to one side of the bed, there was a fridge being used as an end table. The fridge dept kicking on and off every few minutes. When the room was booked, they only had a couple of rooms left. We didn't move to another room because were probably would have been up on the second floor and being seniors that would have been too hard for us. The air conditioner was so noisy. there was good water pressure in the shower.

Absolutely Horrible

Absolutely horrible. I had so many issues with the hotel, I won't even go into details. It should definitely be removed from Hotels.com if at all possible.

I have a really bad experience, room are infected with cockroaches, badly. I was in the room and decided to reserve another hotel and move immediately. Don’t waste your money in this hotel. Telling you with anticipation in tha way you can take my recommendations. Don’t waste your money.

My non smoking room smells like smoking room. It was late and they didn't have another room available. The room has multiple cracks tiles and the corners of it were sticking up and I almost trip. The electrical out was exposed and I'm not going going to talk about the pool that I saw

If you love snuggling with your pet roaches and bedbugs after a very long day. Not to mention the overflow drain just dangling in the tub. I would also sy this place is a new trend setter by not placing shower curtains in the showers. What would old Tom think about this place?
