Our plush king mattress will give you the best sleep while traveling, making this property an awesome place to stay for a weekend . If needed the couch can sleep an extra guest for stays. Located in Tech Terrace, Raider Loft is minutes away from university events, restaurants, and night life.

The newly renovated interior gives this space a fresh face that will allow comfortable stays both short and long.

Our kitchen comes with utensil basics to cook a meal during your stay. Stainless steel oven, fridge, sink and other appliances make this kitchen easy to work with during your stay.

The dining table sits just to the side and allows plenty of seating, which could double as a place to setup your laptop and work from home.

The bathroom is clean, updated, and stocked with all the linens and toiletries one might need throughout their stay. Miscellaneous items are stored in the cabinet space under the sink. Shampoo and body wash is provided in each of the bathrooms.

The bed is a king sized mattress that is super comfortable

A washer and dryer are also located at this property for convenience during your stay.

Everything in the house is available for guest uses. Since this is a backhouse, the backyard is off limits to guests. The main house is also an Airbnb, so please be respectful.

Our interaction with guests is very minimal. The front door has a keypad so that you may let yourselves in and out. Once you have booked, please refer to the check-in instructions for entry codes that are sent out 3 days before your stay. Please only use the keypad lock to lock the door. Do not lock the bottom lock on the front door. Should you need anything during your stay, we live nearby and will usually be available to help at any time. We pride ourselves on our quick responses. Let us know if you're looking for restaurant recommendations or something to do!

Garrott, Shawna, and Jenna are your local hosts. We are available by phone, text, or Airbnb/. VRBO message whenever needed. Unless it's an emergency please try to limit late night phone calls or texts. We are happy to assist guests whenever needed but we do have our own families that we take care of as well. If you need anything, just reach out.

Raider Loft is located in the popular Tech Terrace neighborhood. Right off of University and 19th, this house is great for families traveling to visit Texas Tech, go to the games, or enjoy Lubbock.

Other than Uber, Lubbock transportation is poor. A car is recommended, although feel free to message us with your travel plans to see if it is necessary.

The driveway to the backhouse has parking on the side for a vehicles, and there is always free parking available on the street.

This house is not pet friendly since their is no backyard access.
- No Pets!! Unauthorized pets will result in a $250 fine
- No house parties. Unauthorized parties will result in a $500 fine
- No excessive volume that would disturb the neighbors - Clean up after yourself. This includes all dishes and food items.
- If you break something, let Jenna or Shawna know immediately.
- Please do not use the linens in the bathroom to remove your make-up. If towels are stained upon arrival please let us know.
- Do not flush anything other than toilet paper. If a plumber is required because of items flushed by your party, you will be responsible for the service call fee.
