These exclusive holiday apartments are nestled in the beautiful dune landscape on the Priwall in Travemünde, directly on the Baltic Sea. Here at the BeachBay, the beach house-style dune villas are in a quiet location. From here, it's just a short walk to the sandy beach, the marina and the promenade.



This holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of the house and has a spacious, covered terrace with garden furniture. Here you can enjoy the fresh sea air and the view of the landscaped dunes. Coffee lovers will find a Nespresso machine in the kitchen (please bring your own capsules), as well as a thermos flask and hand filter for brewing your own coffee if you prefer the classic filter coffee.



There are two bedrooms, each with a spacious double bed. The third bedroom is furnished with two single beds. A private wellness oasis with underfloor heating, steam bath and rain shower awaits you in the bathroom. The bioethanol fireplace bathes the living room in a cosy light.



All registered holiday guests of this NOVASOL property receive one free entry to the swimming pool of the a-ja in Travemünde per stay. When using this offer, the one-off return journey on the ferry across the River Trave is included (only in conjunction with admission to the swimming pool). You will receive more information with your hire documents or from the service staff on site.



The BeachBay offers you both gastronomic variety and countless leisure activities. You will find restaurants and shops in the market hall. Appartement auf dem Priwall

Urlaub in einem neuen, schönen Appartement. Sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit Novasol vorab war allerdings schlecht. Bezahlvorgang funktionierte nicht und die Firma Novasol reagierte auf keinen meiner Emails.

An sich eine tolle Wohnung…

…der man leider den Großbetrieb anmerkt. Die Sauberkeit bei Einzug ließ etwas zu wünschen übrig, es fanden sich noch Haare der Vormieter auf dem Boden und in Bad und Bett, die Dusche war stark verschimmelt und in der Kaffeemaschine war gar noch eine benutzte Kapsel… Auch die Betten waren für uns eher ein Kritikpunkt, da seeeeeeehr weich, aber das ist ja Geschmackssache… Die Wohnung ist toll eingerichtet, sehr gut in Schuss und liegt super. Die Promenade lädt zum entspannten Bummeln ein und die Gastro vor Ort ist top! Einen Kritikpunkt könnte man noch bei der Verkehrsplanung anbringen, denn durch die ausgereizten Platzverhältnisse für Wohnungen sind die Erschließungswege arg eng geraten und werden durch parkende Fahrzeuge noch zusätzlich eingeschränkt. Alles in allem aber eine sehr schöne Ferienanlage, bei der man sich allerdings auch fragen muss, ob der kleine Priwall solche Touristen-Massen auf Dauer verträgt…

Schöner Kurzurlaub

Wir hatten 3 schöne Tage auf Priwall. Wir haben bewusst nur 3 Übernachtungen gebucht, weil wir sonst eigentlich im Süden Urlaub machen und uns den Norden mal anschauen wollten. Die Anlage ist relativ neu und zum Teil noch im Bau (das hat uns nicht gestört) . Schade ist, dass schon Kleinigkeiten kaputt sind (Türschloss an der Haustür, eine Fliese im Bad ist locker und klappert) und die Ausstattung in der Küche ist sehr spärlich. Es gab zwar genügend Geschirr und Besteck, aber es gab z.B. nur 1 Deckel für 2 gleich große Töpfe, kein gescheiter Flaschenöffner, kein Sieb - d.h. man kann nicht mal Nudeln gescheit abgießen. Wenn man länger bleibt, ist die Fähre, die man nach Travemünde nehmen muss etwas nervig und auf Dauer teuer. Da müsste evtl. über Wochenkarten nachgedacht werden. Am Strand in Priwall muss auch noch einiges gemacht werden: zu unserer Zeit gab es keine Strandkörbe zu mieten, der Strand ist sehr mit Muscheln und Seetang durchzogen. Am Timmendorfer Strand z.B. Gab es schon Strandkörbe und der Sand ist deutlich sauberer.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Top Ferienwohnung. Alles hochwertig und neu. Die Dusche war das Highlight der Wohnung! Drumherum noch viel Baustelle, aber man kann schon erahnen das es mal sehr schön dort wird.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, gut geschnitten, sehr sauber und comfortabel.

Der Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung war neuwertig und dank 3 Schlafzimmern perfekt für unsere Familie. Der naturbelassene weitreichende Strand von Priwall und der Hafen waren sehr schnell fußläufig zu erreichen. Der Hafen versprühte durchaus soetwas wie Flair. Allerdings darf man dabei nicht vergessen, dass die Fewo auf der Halbinsel Priwall liegt, so dass wir nach Travemünde immer per Fähre übersetzen mussten, um Essen zu gehen, Travemünde zu entdecken oder etwas Abwechslung zu haben. Die ersten paar Male war das für unsere beiden Kinder (8 Jahre und 5 Jahre) spannend und aufregend. Allerdings, nach ein paar Tagen, fanden wir das nicht mehr ganz so toll, da wir uns in unser Bewegung etwas eingeschränkt fühlten (Fahrkarten kaufen, Warten auf die Fähre,...). Als Resümee stellten wir auf der Heimfahrt fest, dass es ein sehr schöner erholsamer Urlaub mit einer schönen Wohnung war. Da wir persönlich den Ort Travemünde auf der anderen Hafenseite als attraktiver empfanden als Priwall, würden wir allerdings das nächste Mal uns direkt auf der anderen Uferseite in Travemünde eine FeWo suchen.
