From the windows you can see parts of the historic harbor on the other side of the Engelsgrube up to the Koberg.
Due to the central location you have short distances to the sights of the city, such as the Holstentor, town hall, theater, restaurants and all kinds of shops. There is a historic corridor district directly behind the house, you can crawl through narrow corridors and explore the stories of the houses.

Sailing: In the city harbor visa the apartments there is the possibility to charter a sailboat, but also to book sailing trips with a skipper.

Paddling / canoeing: Directly in the city center, 5 minutes walk you will find the canoe center of Lothar Krebs.(Lübeck-Falkenstrasse Wakenitz Bridge)

Bicycle rental: There are several bicycle rental stations around the old town, for example at the main train station, at gears in Falkenstraße at 'Die Pedale' in Roonstraße.
