The room is austere in comparison to what we are used to in the use and part of Europe, however, it was very clean and functional. The staff was, unlike more Swiss, very friendly and helpful.

Staff very friendly, excellent location, ideal valet parking (save dragging suitcases across the city). Only minor issue was dirty in the bathroom in front of the toilet bowl which due to it being late at night we just covered with a hand towel.

Spacious, clean and quiet room at a reasonable cost. Easy walk from Luzern railway station and quick access to all the highlights of Luzern in its Christmas Market season. Very large grocery store available around the corner.

Hotel is clean and staffs are friendly! It is close to station and most places, very convenient. Special thank to the gentleman at reception desk, who helped us order taxi! Uber is not very popular here.
