The staff was freindly. The location is ok. Had to take the bus to go to old town. The hotel supplied free bus tickets. The hotel is very basic. Only soap in room was the body wash in the shower. No ice available at all. No airconditioning. If they did, it wasnt working.

I was not happy with the check-in. I was told that my booking was not shown in the hotel’s system and I was asked to contact Expedia on the problem. Fortunately, there was still vacant room and staff was willing to spend extra time to rebook my reservation.

The rooms are claustrophobically small. No room for two to walk around. Thin towels. They charge for everything including storing luggages or early check in’s. Deposit required for hair dryer, our thermostat didn’t work. Not sure why so highly rated.

Good place to stay if you do not have a car

The hotel and staff were very good. The parking is awful! Tiny garage and tiny lot, very challenging to get into and out of. This is a great place to stay on a budget but not if you have a car!
