The New Year’s dinner was an awful experience. The service was terrible and there was nobody in charge of the dinning room. There was this lady, dark skin, that was incapable to give an answer and offer a solution to the terrible service we received.

Nadim was awesome. He truly made our first stay in Switzerland memorable. We liked the accommodations so much we decided to stay an additional day. He added it at the same rate and included breakfast. He even brought a fan up to our room while we were out, since there’s no AC and it was hot (for Americans). Definitely will stay here on our next visit

I kept getting startled every time I took a shower — the water suddenly turned freezing cold, then scalding hot. I ended up washing while letting out little screams. I stayed in room 401 for three days.

At the checkhout the amount to pay was different that what my reservation indicated. They told me that hotels.com didnt considered some taxes, so I must pay the difference. I understood, previously, that hotels.com consideres all the taxes and Í only needed to pay an amount that was lower that US$ 10 for the city taxes.

Great location, ok hotel.

The room was clean and comfortable enough but very warm even in October and with the window open it was very loud outside all night long. Also the shower temp was crazy and would occasionally turn scalding hot or ice cold about every 90 seconds.
