Room 25 had bed bugs, the tub was black with filth, and one of our towels had a wad of something sticky with hair in it. When we tried to talk to the clerk about the issues and wanting to cancel our second night, they said the manager would be in at 10:30 a.m, that we needed to talk with them. We left the property at 8 a.m., returning the key with the clerk. I messaged the motel through my Expedia reservation, and have not heard back from them. I requested a refund. I took a picture of the bed bug for evidence. I have never stayed in a room that filthy before. The carpets weren't vacuumed, there were sprays of brown liquid on the walls, the comforters were stained, and the curtains were stained both in the room and bathroom. The motel was creepy and run down. The "office" is someone's bedroom with a drive through window. So, when you check in, you see their living quarters and their bed. The pictures online do not match the actual motel. 100% do not recommend.

Staff rude, made sure to tell us 8 times checkout is 10a which I knew. The sign next to the door in the room says checkout is 11a.

We booked a two night stay at the property. We were put in a room that had a very "old, tangy" odor. People were very loud outside of the room for half of the night. There was only one electrical outlet in the room and the tv and refrigerator were plugged into it. No place for phone charger. We were given a different room the second night which was a bit nicer, but the refrigerator was on a bench and was very tippy when opened. It had a fairly large dent in the door, which I assume, came from a fall. It was cheap though.

The picture of motel is deceiving. It is severely run down and dated. After I walked into our room I was going to check out and go to another hotel but I was unable to get a refund. The shower was dirty and I wore my water shoes to take a shower. Go elsewhere for lodging.

I left the motel without staying. The room was filthy with cobwebs hanging from the ceiling which obviously have been hanging there for years as they where encased in grime. The air conditioner was covered in dust and grime.The exterior door leading directly to the street was a only a hollow core door with a flimsy physical key, The door jam actually had a hole broken in it and the safety chain had been haphazardly reattached to the wall.The photographs of the motel posted on Travelocity were very misleading. The photos present an older motel that has been renovated but in reality it is a dump that should be torn down. I don't understand how an establishment like this could possibly been promoted by Travelocity!! I feel scammed and have lost trust in Traveocity Very seedy and ghetto indeed!

Absolute great welcome personality, great service and friendly. Clean room, comfy...definitely plan another trip to stay here. Its being renovated but easily adaptive.

Very old motel

Very old motel, not well kept up. One room, refrigerator and micro on an old desk. No desk space, small over-the-air TV screen. Tiny bathroom, not too clean. High cost in a tourist-trap town.
