Two bedroom cottage near Hamlin Lake!

This charming two bedroom, 1 bath cottage is nestled in a wooded area, offering a private retreat from the hustle and bustle of city life. It is located about 5 minutes to Hamlin Lake's North Bayou and access. The home is fully equipped. Bedroom one offers a queen size bed while the second bedroom offer a bunk set with a full bed on the bottom and single bed on the top. Come vacation in this wooded haven, while enjoying all the comforts of home including Wi-Fi, a SmartTV and central air conditioning. The large, secluded back yard with a fire pit and gas grill, invites you to sit back and enjoy the beauty of nature or bask in the summer sun. The home is located within 15 minutes of the Ludington State Park and the award winning beaches of Lake Michigan. It is also about 20 minutes from the Manistee National Forest and Downtown Ludington.

Second stay at Dave's Comfy Cottage
This was our second stay at Dave's Comfy cottage and it was even better then the first from some upgrades. Cottage is well-equipped with everything you need on a trip and we love the backyard and fire pit with firewood included.

Tucked away in woods but close enough for everything Ludington has to offer.
We’ve now stayed at Dave’s Comfy Cottage a few times and it is always as expected. We love Ludington!! Mother Nature did not behave this trip, but we still enjoyed our week. The new Dollar General on Jebavy has great prices and super convenient!!!

Always a good time
This was our second time staying at Dave’s Comfy Cottage. We love the location being close to Hamlin Lake and a quick drive into Ludington downtown area. Love that it is pet-friendly!! The yard is great for our dog to run around in. We will be back for sure.

Lovely Little Cottage in the Woods
A well-appointed, well-maintained home away from home. The neighborhood is quiet with friendly neighbors, near but not on Hamlin Lake, about a 10-minute drive from downtown Ludington. We were there early in the season so the outdoor furniture needed to be hosed down and the dishes needed to be rinsed before we could use them, but other than this small matter the cottage was clean and homey, with lots of linens, pots and pans and other kitchen accouterment that made for a comfortable stay.

Great place to stay. Close to Lake Michigan, Hamlin Lake and just close enough to downtown Ludington. Check out the local farm markets for seasonal goodies as well. The cottage is clean and well cared for with all the amenities you’ll ever need for a great camp type feel.
