We stayed here family of 5. the house is actually very nice inside, spacious and plenty of room for. the feeedback I give is based on a few things. house is advertised as "luxury" and In my opinion it was not at all. I didn't feel it was stocked with any essentials 2 small towels per person for 5 nights, 2 small bars of soap and shampoo per person, no napkins, one garbage bag, 2 kitchen towels and no laundry detergent to clean anything , have to buy your own. the linens are very cheap and beds are ok but most have pads on them. the AC was great. the sun is very strong in the living room with curtains are half done with some sheer ones and few black out curtains , very poorly done to block sun. the house was newly renovated I believe and very clean. the communication by the local host was zero til the day we were leaving. upon arrival I asked for more towels and if they could provide housekeeping no one answered. they told me to contact the local host. she did not answer til the day we were leaving. the pool was nice but needs maintenance. outside furniture is old. the back deck had a step that came loose while we were there. the back glass railing off the pool is very loose and I would not feel safe with small children. location is ok its near nothing but a 10 min walk to Aldi. U NEED A CAR! you are 15-20 mins to lake Lugano. if u stay here bring your own towels and hopefully they will add a view amenities to advertise as luxury in my opinion. it is big and it was clean but.
